Astoria #402 is a bright, spacious and nicely furnished three bedroom, three bath condo ideally on the ocean block in mid-town Ocean City on 45th street. The north facing private balcony is a fine place to relax and view the sights and sounds of the ocean, the bay and bustling Ocean City streets. The open floor plan features a living area with fireplace, dining area and sizable, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content. Additional condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, four TV's, a washer and dryer, a fantastic rooftop outdoor pool, and and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. The beach is just a quick stroll up the block, and the convention center, Seacrets, Tap House, mini golf and more are also close by for potentially endless fun. The Astoria offers guests access to a stunning rooftop pool located on the same level as condo, an elevator for easy access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a great day at the beach. This Astoria owner includes access to a private storage locker where you can keep your beach gear. Sleeping up to eight guests, there is a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, pyramid bunk with trundle in the 3rd bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
