Thank you for your feedback and kind words about our home. We're glad that you find it beautiful! We truly take pride in making sure our guests have a 5 star stay. Regarding the pool, we keep it at the recommended temperature setting consistent with other pool cabins in the area. This setting helps ensure the safety of small swimmers and prevents humidity-related issues, as it's not intended to feel like a hot tub. That said, we’re always happy to adjust the temperature a few degrees during a stay if guests let us know — comfort is very important to us. We wish we received a call about the arcade game because we would have immediately addressed it. It was a simple setting on the TV and everything is working perfectly now for future guests to enjoy.

Thank you Lorie so much for taking the time to leave a review. We take great pride in the cabin and want everyone's experience to be incredible. We very much apologize for the hot tub issue and the hurricane made it difficult to get a technician to the cabin. Please know that the hot tub is now in perfect shape. We also confirmed that the pool heater was working and set to a comfortable 82 degrees. While this may not seem hot to some people, this is standard for indoor pools in the area to ensure no issues for children where the water can be too hot in certain areas of the pool and potentially burn them. Everything in the cabin is in perfect working order and we would love the opportunity to host you again and impress you and your guests with a perfect, magical stay.

Hi Lindsay, Thank you for taking time to leave a review. You nailed it that the location is every guest's favorite aspect of our cabin! Other than the dishtowels which could have been delivered upon request if they were overlooked, I can't imagine a single item that our kitchen is lacking; in fact, most guests comment that it's the best stocked kitchen they've ever see in a rental! I wish you could have reached out during your stay to address anything you felt was inadequate. I'm happy to hear that despite this let down of the dish rags missing that your family took advantage of the theater, shuffleboard, and other entertainment options! Regarding the pool, as mentioned, the temperature is indeed usually kept around 82 degrees, but if the door is open to the cold weather, this drops the temperature. Usually this time of year, we advise guests to enjoy swimming without the open cold air affecting the room and water temperature. I'm sorry that was not made clear during your stay. We appreciate your business and hope you that your family made fabulous memories in Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains. We welcome you back anytime!
