Welcome to unit B3, your very own Ocean View Caribbean Home away from home.

This beautiful one-bedroom ocean view villa with free 100mb Wifi is only steps away from Sugar Beach and is completely renovated. The renovated, fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your stay. The spacious living area offers amazing island and water views. Also enjoy the views from the king size bedroom with attached renovated bathroom. This villa is very close to the Waterfront Pool. The hilltop pool is located at the hilltop of the resort. Parking is right outside the villa.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited WiFi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.
From our prime location, you can explore the beauty of St. Thomas and its sister islands, St. John, and Water Island, with activities ranging from hiking trails to snorkeling with turtles and swimming with dolphins.

Great location, would stay again.

Pros- The condo was very comfortable, and in a great location. The view from the balcony was incredible. We enjoyed the onsite amenities of the bar/restaurant being very nearby, small nearby beach, pool, easy parking. Cons- We agree with past folks who have complained about the barstools being too tall to be usable. Also there was a clothesline in the tub, but it turned out to be broken and unusable. We wished we had a luggage rack or two to set our suitcases on. Overall the property was great, and weā€™d stay here again.

We enjoyed a brief stay, first time back since the hurricane and covid. The unit was exactly as described by narrative and pictures. Our only negative comment would be regarding the kitchen. It would benefit from some additional glassware, perhaps a matched set of inexpensive glasses and Corelle dishes. It would be difficult to prepare a dinner meal with the tools currently in the drawer. Many units we rent have things like coffee filters, spices, oil, plastic wrap etc. However we easily prepared breakfast and lunch. The unit was quite nice, an easy walk to the pool. We would return to this property for sure.

The view made the whole trip!

We love the location of our room, especially with the sliding doors that opened up to the patio! Hearing the waves, feeling the breeze, and seeing endless beauty was amazing! Also the sunrise and sunset are unbelievable from this room!! A few recommendations for the room itself, pay closer attention to details. The bathroom door was warped so you couldn't close the door all the way. It should be either painted or scrubbed down as there were some prominent stains and spots looking like something was dripping down the door. Also in the bathroom, the base boards were missing, so again it looked old and run down. There weren't closet doors, except one set pushed to one side which didn't close. The bar stools were the same height as the bar area so you couldn't really sit in them to eat at the bar. It didn't affect our stay at all. I took into consideration this had more of a "beachhouse" feel over any high end accommodations. We loved our stay, but these small things would make a MUCH better impression for someone that cared more about the room than the location.

Room for Improvement

The location, views and closeness to the water (can hear the waves rolling in at night) make this a great unit. But . . . there are many small details that detract from the overall experience: - Deck furniture - just a table and two uncomfortable lounge chairs. Need chairs for the table and upgrade the loungers. - Toaster is broken - Microwave wouldn't turn on one morning, but a few hours later it came on. - No dishwasher. - Lighting in the unit is terrible for reading when it's dark outside. Just a small lamp next to the couch that doesn't help for reading and several fan lights that when on are way too bright. Bedside lamp is not good for reading, either. - Screen slider door is sticky and hard to open/close. - Shower curtain needs to be replaced (dirty at the bottom) recommend better/bigger hooks so that the curtain slides more easily. A shelf or two in the shower would be nice, too. - Chairs at counter are too tall for the counter. - Very limited set of dishes/silverware/utensils. - Hot water temperature at kitchen sink needs to be turned down - as is, it's scalding hot. With so many other better furnished units in Point Pleasant, this one really needs some attention.

What a beautiful place!!

We couldn't find a better view than in B3 at point pleasant! We loved the room and everything that came with it. It was clean, neat and spacious. Again, the view was amazing and we loved the private beach area. We plan to stay here again when we come back. Restaurants were great also! 5 star place.

Great resort

Our experience was excellent. My wife and I only stayed one night at Point Pleasant as we were returning from a week in BVI and had an early morning flight. Your staff helped arrange a taxi for 5:30 am to the airport and dinner at the Shoreline Grill was great. We're sorry we couldn't have enjoyed the resort more. We would definitely stay at Point Pleasant again for a longer stay in the USVI.

We had a blast at the resort and exploring the island. The shuttle service was so convenient so we didn't have to rent a car. We also had a lot of fun with the staff and the water sports. They were so helpful! Beautiful views from the room too. Hopefully we can come visit again!!

What an amazing little getaway, gentle secluded with a rock star view! Waking up looking over Water Bay with St. John and the BVI's in the background alone will satisfy the trip. Easy parking with a short jump to Red Hook. Will definitely come again.
