3 BEDS ADDED FALL 2025! This is a great place with lots of room for fun. Pool (at the club houses during summer months included). Located in the heart of Shanty Creek in Hawks Eye Golf Resort. Since its introduction Hawks Eye golf has been named Top Courses in Michigan, 3 times from Golf Advisor & among Michigan’s Best Public Courses by Golf Magazine. Now with five 18-hole courses at one property, the 90 holes are at your finger tips. Don’t forget winter activities our neighborhood is connected to all the ski resorts. This house is by everything Northern Michigan has to offer and right in the heart of Shanty Creek Resorts. A short drive to Torch Lake, Traverse City, Boyne Mountain, Petoskey and Mackinac Island. When entering the front door you will be met with cathedral ceilings, a large living room with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors leading you to a patio over looking the private yard. The main living space is all open concept with main floor laundry amenities. Down the hall you will find a half bath, a bedroom (two double beds) and the master (king bed, tv, bathroom with jacuzzi tub and stall shower). Upstairs has a third bedroom (double bed) with a private bathroom (shower stall). Down stairs to the mostly finished walkout basement this space offers a second living room (with tv), kids toys, bedroom (queen bed), two single beds, a full bathroom (shower/tub combo), and gym. The walk out basement brings you to a brick patio and large private grassy yard. In the garage you will find a grill, a golf cart, pool / beach accessories and a few outdoor games. Leaving the house:
3 miles to Downtown Bellaire.
Downtown is home to Shorts Brewery and Mammoth Distillery. It also offers plenty of nice places to eat, parks for children, glacier Hills bike/ hiking paths and shopping.
1 mile Shanty Creek Resort -The Lodge at Cedar River.
Shanty Creek offers 47 trails over two distinctive ski areas and tube park.
1 mile The Chief Golf Course.
7 miles to Torch Lake.
National Geographic named Torch Lake the third most beautiful lake in the entire world because of it's pristine, crystal clear, multi-hued blue water. It's about 2 miles wide and is Michigan's longest lake.
23 miles to Traverse City.
Traverse City is known as the "Cherry Capital of the World." The area is also known for their natural attractions like freshwater beaches, vineyards, wineries and the proximity to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
