Located close to everything you need for an epic stay in Pigeon Forge, you can relax in the quiet of our community while enjoying the convenience of being just a few minutes from Dollywood and all of the local attractions and without the difficulty of mountain driving! This charming cabin can accommodate up to 10 people across 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths making it the perfect place for small families, friends, and couples to gather and experience Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains at its best.

SECURITY
For your protection and ours, a security camera will be installed on the front porch. These cameras automatically record audio and video of the exterior of the property.

INTERNET
We have high speed internet access. You will be able to stream TV shows and movies. Capability up to 20 devices for high-speed access.

GUEST ACCESS
-Need to walk up a flight of stairs to gain entry. Not suitable for groups that need accommodations for physical disabilities.
-Keypad entry door lock
-Check-in details sent the morning of arrival and detailed instructions via email prior to that.

DRIVEWAY ACCESS
The cabin is located in a small community containing only 10 homes. There is no perilous driving involved. Easy access and easy parking. There is parking for 3 cars within the community in front of the cabin. More than 3 cars are not permitted.

SELF CHECK-IN + CHECK OUT
Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST
Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST
*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out from 10 AM to 12 PM will be charged a late fee of $100, or 2) check-out past 12 PM will be charged that night's room fee.

Easy access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and more.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Up to 10 people. $100/guest/day for any guests above the maximum capacity.

BEARS + WILDLIFE
Do not feed, interact, or get close to bears and other wildlife. They are unpredictable and dangerous! Callie’s Cozy Cabin has high bear activity year-round!! DO NOT LEAVE ANY OPEN FOOD OR TRASH out on the decks, front porch, or cars. Do not leave doors and windows open! And do not leave children outside unattended.

TRASH
Bear-proof receptacle is in front of our cabin. Please deposit all trash here. Please notify us if trash disposal is required mid-stay. Do not dispose of trash outside of this area.

PERSONAL SUPPLIES
While we are delighted to welcome you into our home at a fraction of the price of a hotel stay, there are some “hotel” features that our cabin doesn't offer. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, oil + spices, zip-lock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee, and bottled water.

BUGS
In the Smokies, Asian lady beetles (looks like ladybugs) and stink bugs often come into cabins to escape the cold during the fall and winter seasons. While our cleaner thoroughly vacuums and cleans after each reservation, you may still encounter them during your stay. Other unwelcome critters may also find their way into the home for these same reasons. Our cabin is treated monthly to prevent pesky pests, but we are in nature so some critters will always find their way inside.

UTILITY DISRUPTIONS
Electricity, internet, and/or cable services may get interrupted during storms. These disruptions are rare and services usually resume after a couple of hours.

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Although it is rare for snow to impact the roads, please plan accordingly by preparing food supplies and having all-wheel drive transportation during winter months. NO refunds will be given for weather conditions.

SECURITY DEPOSIT + FEES
A refundable $500 security deposit is collected to pay for extra cleaning fees, repairs, or damages caused by you and your guests during your stay.

PETS
We require that dogs are under 75 each and that under no circumstance can pets be left unsupervised at the cabin unless they are crate-trained and inside their crates. A pet fee is required.
