The cabin was great there were 10 of us ranging from 5 years old to 95 it is a great location close to the many great things tennesee has to offer the cabin is plenty spacious and has everything you need .Highlights of the stay was watching the fireworks from the deck every night and enjoying the beautiful mornings and peaceful nights. The other highlight was seeing a mama bear and her 3 baby cubs wandering along the trail beside the cabin so when the host tells you it's bear country believe it we seen two other bears a little way down the road we traveled to Tennessee several times and the bears was a first. Overall if your looking for peace and quiet and a great place to stay close to all activities this is where you want to be .

Our extended family of 9 stayed for two nights. There was plenty of room for all. Beds were comfortable, futon not as much. It was a plus having three bathrooms!Kitchen was compact but we managed well. Nice having the large working counter area with extra barstools.The dining table sat eight easily.We saw the Dollywood fireworks from the back porch both nights. What a treat. We were not there long enough to use the hot tub.Did see a bear on one ride up to cabin. We were five minutes down the road from Dollywood . Only ten minutes to get to other nearby attractions in town. More to do than we had time.Best to find the access road to cabin in daylight first time. Phoned Rebecca and she guided us ! She was easy to contact and responded immediately.

Seeing a bear on the drive up is certainly memorable too — the area’s wildlife likes to make an appearance from time to time. While the place is a little hard to find, since the easement is not well marked, the cabin was everything we needed once we found it. Frying pans could use an upgrade and the coffee cups were not adequate for a cabin advertised for twelve, we got by. Otherwise, it was just what we needed and well stocked with the other kitchen and bathroom supplies. Very handy to all Pigeon Forge attractions.

The good and the not so good. Perfect location near dollywood. Appeared clean. The hot tub was very clean. Good view of fireworks every night. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Great view. The bad we ran into was the place was in need of a little maintance. We pulled out the sofa sleeper and there was a mouse nest in it. They can build them very fast and it is a wooded location. We found a vacuum sleeper to clean it up and it was very full. No reason for that. After a day we notice a sewer smell out on deck. Apparently the sewer crock was full and overflowing on the hillside. That did not get that way overnight and nobody could fix it on the weekend. They did bring so carcoal bags to cut the smell and it did help some. Having said this it is a nice place and I would stay there again it just needs some manitance.

It’s wonderful to know the cabin’s setting and amenities helped make your stay enjoyable. We also sincerely apologize for the maintenance concerns you encountered. The mouse nest in the sleeper sofa and the sewer crock issue are absolutely not the standards we hold for this property. While the cabin is in a wooded area, we should have caught the sleeper sofa issue before your arrival, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The sewer crock overflowing was a larger problem that unfortunately couldn’t be resolved over the weekend, but we’re grateful for your patience while we worked to reduce the odor until repairs could be completed. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ve already taken steps to address both issues to ensure future guests have a smooth, comfortable stay. We’re glad to hear you would stay again, and we look forward to welcoming you back to a fully refreshed and well‑maintained cabin. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Tennessee Getaway

The property was perfect for our family's needs. Sitting out on the deck each night watching the fireworks at Dollywood was a bonus. Our grown children enjoyed the hot tub to relax from their normal stressful lives, as well as enjoying some friendly pool competition. The location was perfect for us to enjoy so many adventures around the area.

Close to everything.

Close to Dollywood, we could see the fireworks each night, plenty of room for multiple people. Clean, fully stocked kitchen with comfortable beds and great communication with the owner. We had 3 vehicles between the family and was a tight fit but able to park in the driveway. We were very happy and comfortable here.
