MY SCOTTSDALE GEM IN THE HEART of SCOTTSDALE !
A cozy and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom condo that invites you to relax and enjoy your time in a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by trees and greenery. It is a very tranquil setting in the center of Scottsdale. Walking distance to hospital, markets, restaurants, green belt for walking and cycling from Scottsdale all the way to Tempe, and the 101 freeway. Many other Hiking Trails and Parks close by. Just 9 miles from the famous Fountain in Fountain Hills. 30-day minimum stay, per the HOA rules. Across the main street of Shea, from the condo, are various restaurants, beauty salon, cigar store etc. Next to this is a Sprouts grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, yoga, pilates and more.
The condo is beautifully furnished and the bathrooms and kitchen were re modeled 2 years ago. All bedrooms have black out blinds to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped and inspiring for the eager cook.
The tenant pays the electric bill. When the Owner receives the electric bill every month, around the 10th, the bill is forwarded to the Tenant for payment by Zelle etc to the Owner's bank account. The Owner pays the internet, HOA fees etc. The tranquility on the balcony shaded by these magnificent trees is one of my favorite things about this condo. Also the kitchen is very bright and when you open the windows in Spring and Fall you hear and see the birds and watch them making their nests right in front of the windows. Being on the second floor is added security.

I also enjoy very much being a Host for the 2 properties that we have and expect our guests to treat the condo as they would their own home. I strive to provide the ultimate in comfort for guests renting our property.
Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
I chose this neighborhood for it's convenience to the 101 freeway without the traffic noise. Though Shea can be a busy thoroughfare the condo is well back from the street, thus diminishing somewhat the sound of the traffic. I also chose it for the convenience of restaurants, bars, beauty salons, grocery stores, yoga, pilates, all within walking distance. The Hospital is also within walking distance as are many medical clinics.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
It's proximity to everything and the setting make this condo stand out from the rest. It is on the second floor with only stairs to access it and there is only one other condo underneath. No condo above thus avoiding any noise form above.
