Escape to South Yarmouth, Cape Cod, and make our delightful property your home away from home! Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, our two cozy cottages offer the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a tranquil getaway.

Accommodation Details:

Bedrooms: Our property boasts a total of 3 bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to unwind comfortably. The front cottage features a master bedroom with a queen bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and a pullout twin trundle, ideal for the little ones. In the back cottage, you'll find a spacious bedroom adorned with a king bed, complemented by 2 convenient daybeds in the living room.

Bathrooms: Each cottage has its own bathroom. Freshen up after a day at the beach or prepare for a night of relaxation with ease.

Kitchen: Each cottage boasts its own fully equipped eat-in kitchen, complete with modern amenities such as a stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. Whip up delicious meals or simply enjoy a leisurely breakfast before embarking on your Cape Cod adventures.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step into our fully enclosed private backyard and discover a haven of family fun! Spend sun-kissed afternoons on the deck or patio, firing up the gas grill for a delightful barbecue experience. Rinse off the sand and salt with the outdoor shower, ensuring a refreshing end to your beach days.

Great Family Spot

We really enjoyed our stay here. Two great cottages-easy walk to beach, restaurants, and mini-golf. Owner was very quick to respond and extremely helpful.

Perfect Cape Cod Cottage

It was my husband, daughter and a couple of her roommates from Northeastern. We stayed in the back cottage and the girls in the front one - it was perfect. We would definitely rent again.

Classic Cape Cod with updates

My family and I enjoyed our time these too cottages. Having never been to the Cape, they seem to have the classic Cape Cod charm but with some really nice updates. We drove to the beach. It is walkable but you would likely want a wagon if you have a lot to haul. Matt, the host, was very responsive and provided some basic condiments. I would stay hear again.

This property was perfect for our vacation! Matt was agreat host and very accomodating. Communication was great! The layout of this property was fatastic and having the 2 seperate cottages was great so everyone could have a little seperation and privacy when needed. Patio has a gas fire pit which is always fun and the deck at the back cottage was perfect for grilling and eating outside. I would definitly rent here again and recommend to others. Thanks again Matt! Bill J

Backyard Oasis on the Cape

We came to Cape Cod to visit our daughter who was interning with for the Baseball League. The location was central to all the league games we attended while visiting. It was absolutely wonderful to have the two separate cottages. Perfect for my mom to stay in one while my husband and I stayed in the other. The owner was quick to answer any questions and very helpful. The two homes had basic essentials provided which was perfect. We even to a stroll to the local beach and dined at a few of the restaurants nearby. Our favorite part was sitting by the outdoor fire pit and relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the bunnies and sun set.

A Nice Short Family Getaway

The owner of the property was very responsive and a first-time owner of a rental property at the Cape. He obviously was eager to please. The property has a nice backyard with propane gas heater and a table for six with an umbrella. Too bad sometimes the bugs might prevent the full enjoyment of the yard, especially in the evening. We found some minor inconvenience in not having enough outlets for charging different electronic devices for everybody at the same time. The rental property is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient for all attractions and restaurants but to reach the beaches, you have to walk or drive. With some improvement, the property can be very desirable as a nice getaway. For example, the cottage in the back does not need a giant bed. A smaller bed will allow room to put night tables on both sides. The shower in the bath room cricks and the shower head was not adjustable. The owner left a book with instructions and proudly identified the ownership of the property. That's very helpful and let the guests feel just like part of the family. That's very positive.
