This three bedroom Scottsdale home is located only two miles from Old Town Scottsdale’s shopping, restaurants, and bars. Whether it’s cooking a meal in the spacious kitchen, relaxing by the heated pool (for extra fee), relaxing in the hot tub, or sipping on cocktails before a night out, you’ll find your ideal experience here. Three Bedrooms. Master BR has a king bed with memory foam mattress, second BR has queen bed with memory foam mattress. Third BR has two double beds with memory foam mattress. Pool heated upon request for a fee. Hot tub is free for use. Quite residential neighborhood, minutes from Fashion Square mall and Old Town Scottsdale, 2 min from 101 and 15-20 min from Sky-harbor airport. The property does have a heated pool - A heated pool is not like a hot tub and will range from 82-85 degrees. If you'd like to heat the pool to 82 degrees it will be an additional cost the options are below. 1. $100 to heat the pool for 1 day only 2. $75 per day to heat for 2 days 3. $60 per day to heat for 3 days or or more The expense associated with heating the pool for a single day is higher due to the increased consumption of gas required to raise the temperature of the initial substantial water volume.
