The townhouse layout with multiple floors and stairs is clearly shown in the listing photos and description. Our property manager responded promptly when contacted during your stay and offered solutions. This property is one of our highest-rated units with consistently excellent reviews from guests who enjoy the space exactly as described. As any host knows, every once in a while a stay does not align with a particular guest's expectations, and we understand that no property will be the perfect fit for everyone. We encourage all guests to review the full listing details, photos, and existing reviews before booking to ensure the property meets their needs.

I would never consider renting to Dawn again. It was clear to us from the first day that there were going to be issues. First, she blamed us for a major internet outage that affected the entire area which included both residents and businesses. Second, she complained about a toilet that we had temporarily turned off due to a leak. We made note of this in our listing and informed her of this before her stay. Regardless, she demanded that we come in and perform plumbing work while guests were in the unit. I informed her that we do not perform that type of work during a guest stay in case a larger issue arises during a repair which could significantly impact a guest stay. Thirdly, we received a call about a shower handle that was not working properly. When we arrived, we found that someone had completely dismantled our shower valve and left it on the floor. Removing the shower valve requires it to be unscrewed. I was amazed at what I saw. We re-installed the valve, cleaned up and left. We then received a call that the base of the shower was dirty. When we arrived, it was clear that someone had stepped into the shower with street shoes and brought dirt into the shower while they were investigating the re-installed valve. Fourth, the guests clogged an upstairs toilet by attempting to flush very large quantities of toilet paper. I have never seen that much toilet paper in a toilet before. Fifth, Dawn and her guests left large quantities of food and other products in the refrigerator and overall left the unit in disarray. Sixth, Dawn stayed well over check out time which caused a lot of issues with our cleaners while also refusing to respond to our requests to allow us to turn the unit. In my opinion, she was very difficult to deal with and I would not recommend her to anyone as a guest.
