This home features a tropical living open-concept design, with doors that telescope to open the living areas to the oceanfront terrace & views across the Bay of Banderas and the pool & beach below. Three jettys & the expansive views make this a very special setting. Occasional kite boarders, beach strollers, pelicans at play, even turtles (as well as paddleboarders and sail boats) … there’s always something to watch and enjoy. A small rock &cactus garden between the pool & the beach is a great place to sit and take it all in.. or to enjoy that first morning cup of coffee or sip your glass of wine in the evening. The casa, designed for casual relaxation & entertaining, has a large gas grill and entertainers’ kitchen, comfortable & beautifully furnished living areas, and furnished terraces overlooking the pool, beaches and bay. There are 3 bedrooms w/king beds: a lovely master with ensuite bath on the main floor and 2 guest rooms (shared dual sink, walk-in shower bath) on the lower pool level, all with A/C. There is an option to add a 4th bedroom accommodation by including a beautiful romantic & very private upper level apartment suite (if available, please inquire if interested) in your rental of the property. An upscale space beneath a dramatic soaring palapa roof, with living area (small sectional sofa), oversized blown glass chandelier, queen bed, kitchen & bathroom featuring an oversized shower with ocean views and a large oceanfront terrace. When rented along with the main casa, it’s only $150/night.
The infiniti pool makes you feel "as one" with the ocean! The beach stretches for miles to Bucerias and beyond to Nuevo Vallarta, or to the west to La Cruz & its marina. Immediately west of Casa Kaeli, in front of BNayar, is a wonderful swimming area, next is the new Faro Grill restaurant on the jetty, and then just keep walking to La.Cruz &the marina…. and maybe lunch at Peska (in the yacht club, it’sxcellent!) This is a beautiful beach walk.
