Start each morning from your lanai with a cup of coffee watching golfers on the 18th hole of Isla Del Sol Country Club golf course. This ground floor condo is a two-bedroom, two-bath that can sleep up to four guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has granite counter tops and an abundance of kitchen accessories to feel like you are in your own home. The condo has three flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is an assigned parking spot located in a parking garage, steps from the condo. Step out the front door of the condo and enjoy endless paths and trails for walking, running, and biking. There are numerous public golf courses in the area. The pristine heated pools and hot tubs offer beautiful views of Boca Ciega Bay. The condo is walking distance to the Isla Del Sol Shoppers Village which offers restaurants, a coffee shop, and much more!

Casa Del Mar is located in Isla Del Sol, an island community on a tropical barrier island surrounded by Boca Ciega Bay and nestled between the southernmost tip of St Petersburg and the warm turquoise waters of St Pete Beach. Casa Del Mar is minutes from the attractions of Fort De Soto State Park, which includes Fort De Soto's North Beach, voted one of America's top beaches. The park includes ferry service to Egmont Key, two fishing piers, wildlife, seven miles of asphalt trails, and bike and kayak rentals. Take a short drive, bike ride, or walk across the Bayway Bridge to Gulf Boulevard and explore historic Pass-a-Grille beach and the bustling St Pete Beach. Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Redington Beach, Indian Shores, Indian Rocks Beach, and Clearwater Beach are nearby adventures!
