Our home was actually one of the first houses in the city to be fully restored after Hurricane Helene. Following the storm, the property was newly renovated and refurnished, and we worked very hard to bring it back to a comfortable standard for our guests as quickly as possible. Regarding the dining area, most of our guest groups are families of around four people, and the dining table can accommodate up to six guests as we provide two additional dining chairs. For that reason, we were a bit surprised to hear it felt small for two people, but we appreciate the perspective. As for the neighborhood, it is generally known for being very quiet and peaceful, and many guests specifically choose the area for its relaxed atmosphere and uncrowded nearby beaches. We are also happy that you mentioned the convenient walking distance to the water and local spots like Buoys. Thank you again for staying with us and for sharing your thoughts.

Hello Tom, It is very surprising that you left me this review, as we have chatted on the phone and via e-mail several times during your lengthy stay, and you mentioned nothing of this sort. So, I truly wonder what happened after your departure! I will address your comments in detail. Firstly, a professional cleaning company performs deep cleaning of the house after every guest’s departure and sends pictures to our property management company. When you moved in, the house was sparkling clean, and there are pictures to prove it. Every surface in the house was wiped and disinfected with strong professional-grade antimicrobial agents by our cleaning company. That also included the floors that you mentioned. If when you first moved in, you had noticed that there is a little bit of dust that our cleaning company missed, you should have contacted me and I would have arranged for a complementary cleaning service right away. However, when you moved in, you commented that everything was good. This brings me to the second point. You have spent close to a month at the house. Over such a long period of time it is expected for dust particles and dirt to accumulate, not just at our house, but at any house. Therefore, it is generally recommended to do regular cleanings once weekly, to prevent what you have described. Had you mentioned that you require regular cleanings, we would have sent our cleaning team to the house on weekly or bi-weekly basis for an agreed fee, and they would have maintained the sparkling-clean state of the house into which you moved in. To address your television-related concern. To be honest, you the first guest to experience difficulties with using the television. There are 2 TVs in the house, both are state of the art Samsung Smart TVs, each with numerous channels, fast-speed internet connection, and the access to Netflix and many other apps. Smart TVs could be challenging to use due to their advanced functionalities, however, you could have reached out to me for help and I would have sent you step-by-step instructions.
