**Newly Pet Friendly Unit**
Enjoy views of the ocean and Westport Light State park in this great top floor, one bedroom condo with easy beach access. Relax on the deck with your loved one and watch the waves roll in while the sun sinks slowly beneath the sea. The oversized picture windows let you enjoy storm watching at its best from the comfort of a cozy chair. In calmer weather, open the windows and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is perfectly suited for multiple chefs. After a brave quick dip in the ocean or long relaxing walk on the beach, retreat to your home away from home for a warm soak in the large jetted tub. This vacation home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator and stairs.




Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. A fenced dog walk area is available for our 4 legged friends behind the clubhouse. Two EV Charging stations through ChargePoint are available for all guests near the clubhouse. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. You'll have a great Vacation by the Sea in Westport in this wonderful vacation home. No worries, it’s time to have fun at the beach!

We think the view is pretty special too and the beach is just a few steps away. Check out the rooftop deck next time you visit on that building, you just check out the gate key from the clubhouse for the day.

The unit has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The only challenge is trying to figure out how to use the TV. I wish the owners would go back to no pet policy. We took a chance on the unit because we've used it before and were apprehensive we'd find pet odors. Luckily there was none.

Wonderful

Rent this property! Everything was perfect. Condo is perfectly appointed with everything you could need and more. Location was wonderful with perfect view of ocean. We enjoyed the town of Westport also. We will be back.

Perfect long weekend

We lived this unit. It was well organized and decorated. The view of the ocean and nature reserve was stunning. Right next to the beach. We used the pool and hot tub at least once a day. Also grilled at the clubhouse area for dinner. Lots of repair work going on in the complex but it didn’t disturb us too much. We’d definitely rent this unit again.

Thanks for staying and we appreciate the feedback. The current building repair will be completed shortly and work is scheduled from 8-5 M-F to try to minimize impact. We do offer 2 bedrooms for larger groups since many do not wish to sleep on the sleeper sofas which are more suited for kids. We're happy you enjoyed your streaming services on the smart TV.

Almost perfect

Everything about our stay was *almost* perfect. When you go somewhere special for the first time in 30 years and you look forward to getting to sleep in and have a restful weekend that's what you hope for. The neighbor behind the master bedroom is a full-time resident. They woke us up every morning at 6:15 a.m. and we're noisy slamming doors, blasting their music until 9:00 a.m. by that time we were not able to get back to sleep. I mentioned it to the owners of the unit we were staying in and while they were kind and quick to reply they were only offering to notify the HOA. They were not willing to compensate or contact the owners of the other unit. So for the noise and lack of sleep, knowing that we will not be able to sleep when we go there is reason enough not to stay again. Now for the good stuff. The unit was clean, comfortable, it was right on the beach. Beautiful views. It was *almost* perfect. Everything we wanted except for no sleep. The couch did get a little hard after a while. Bad stuff: no sleep. The alarm clock was missing numbers so it was hard to tell what time it was. The coffee maker is old, the coffee was really bad. I would hope for a newer coffee maker or a K-Cup machine so that people have a nice selection of coffee to drink. You pacoffee maker. Howeve

My new favorite rental

The view from the room and the balcony were amazing. Perfect place to watch the sunset. The only thing I could recommend is an upgrade of the mattress. It’s definitely a little lumpy and bumpy.

Our staff prides themselve on making a clean and welcoming condo for every guest. Bed comfort can vary due to personal preference, I like a firm mattress myself, but we'll be sure to pass on your comment to the owner for them to evaluate.

Perfect Condo with Awesome View!

The view and sound of the crashing waves were very relaxing. The condo itself was very clean and had everything you could want or need, and the booking process was super easy. We took a long walk on the beach down to the jetty and watched the surfers. We ate dinner at Blackbeard's Tap Room at the marina, great place to eat and watch a football game!

Some exterior railing work was being completed on the building so there was construction noise part of the time, but it was weekday, normal work hours only so it didn’t bother us. For some reason, the tap water wasn’t cold, so we kept a pitcher in the fridge. All in all, a wonderful stay at the beach!

Unit is located right next to the beach path, so you're on the beach in a few minutes and I liked that it was on the 3rd floor, so it felt private from the people walking by.Condo is in really great shape with the furniture on the newer side, a comfortable bed and cute beach-themed decorations all over --it's clear the owners took some pride in setting this place up. Also appreciated the curtains in the bedroom that covered the blinds, so it gave us more of a "blackout" and kept the morning light out (sunrise was 5 am!).This has been one of our favorite units we've stayed in and will definitely book it again!
