A beautiful location close to amenities, and far away from crowds. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Small, but comfortable bedrooms, lots of sleeping area. A true cottage experience. The kids spent the whole week outside in the water playing on the floating mat. Lots of windows and ventilation for hot days and cool nights.

You have a beautiful cottage on a spectacular lake, thats warm and clear. The hot tub makes it that much better. Amazing charm.

Amazing trip

location was amazing as the cottage is located in front of lake. host was really nice and respond to our queries very quickly and cottage has everything you need in daily life routine. one drawback of the location was there were crowd of mosquittoes so we couldn't stepped out in the nights but overall stay was worth the money.

Our family of 4 had a great week at Muskoka Memories. We had excellent weather with 7 beautiful sunsets off the dock. Clearwater Lake is named so because of a reason, clear water in the lake. The property has several different seating areas, so we could enjoy as much sun or shade as we wanted. The cottage has a massive kitchen that is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cookware and appliances. Washer and dryer is also on the property for use. The open kitchen, dining and living room area makes the cottage look large. There is also a screen in porch which we used in the evenings. If you are looking for a quiet getaway with lake access Muskoka Memories is the place for you. Kayaks, canoe, paddles and life jackets are also provided. Enjoy your stay.

Incredible property, awesome sunset view, lake is great and diving board was an unexpected plus. Had a little hicup with the septic being full and not being aware that the septic guys were coming to pump it out during our stay but really was not a big deal. Would gladly rent here again. 5/5

Great cottage feel

What a great cottage with amazing views. Located on a quiet lake. Enjoyed most of our time down by the water on the large dock. Kids had a good time fishing. Was a bonus having a gazebo down by the water to hang out when you needed to get out of the sun or wanted lunch down by the water. The only downside was the hot tub was not working.

This cottage was wonderful. There was so many great things to do. The lake was amazing. Our family had such a wonderful time. The sunsets, fires, playing in the lake, sitting on the dock chatting and laughing with our children and grandchildren. We made wonderful family memories. The space accommodated all 10 of us nicely. The cottage has a spacious living room that flows into the dining room and then kitchen which allowed us to be together.The lake is beautiful and quiet, with lots of coves and islands to explore.Our children loved it and so did we. Our week away together in a beautiful setting was truly wonderful.

Excellent Cottage 👍

Andrew/Ron were good host. Excellent cottage Sufficient space for 11 people including 2 children, very clean cottage with extremely nice lake view, paddle boat/canoe and all sorts of required supplies. One washroom lock was not working properly which was not big of a deal, apart from this everything was more than what’s shown in the pictures. We will definitely go to this place again. Totally adequate property, sufficiently sized for our family of ten. Sufficiently large common areas to use when the weather does not cooperate. The exterior is more than adequate. Two elements should be adressed in the online add: The obligation to wash the propertie's linens before leaving and the limit on the WIFI system. Specially the last one should be clearly stated in the online add. Otherwise you might be stuck with additional costs.

Amazing family getaway

My family has rented a different cottage every summer for the past 10 years and this was by far our favourite. The cottage is comfortable, well laid out and has everything you need. What made this truly amazing though was the outdoor spaces. The dock and patio were spacious and rock solid and made for a great place to spend our days. The floating mat, diving board and shallow sandy cove made it perfect for everyone to enjoy and the kayaks and paddle boat were perfect to explore the absolutely beautiful lake. West facing, the sunsets were spectacular and the screened in (bug free!) patio, fire pit area, hammock and dock were all positioned to have a great view over the lake. The owners were extremely attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. 10/10.

Family time

Cottage was very clean and spacious for 9 people. Satellite tv + tons of dvds for a rainy day. Toys for kids, which my kids enjoyed throughly. Kitchen was fully stocked with quality Products (tons of utensils for all occasions! pans and pots, bone china dish ware, lots of different glassware, even had an automatic wine bottle opener!) Lake is amazing! It’s not a big lake but it’s perfect for swimming (canoe/kayak/paddleboard/etc)! Very clear/clean water! Gorgeous sunsets! I also thought that cottage had lots of character, which I like (backsplash in the kitchen, wallpaper around the cottage, fireplace, unique serving ware. I was even able to find a vintage champagne glasses!)

Muskoka Memories

The lake is clean and beautiful. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It was very easy to find. We all had a fabulous week. Very relaxing. Loved it and hope to go back again.

Amazing Place with Everything you need

The people are wonderful to deal with and the property checks off all the boxes in my book. The lake is warm and crystal clear. The fishing is good and there's plenty of adventures for kids. Lots of privacy and the town nearby is great. We had a large group and we all had an amazing time. Can't wait to go back!

Fantastic for the family!

The whole family has agreed that we need to come back next year! We had fabulous weather which made our time on the dock and in the lake really enjoyable. During our week the lake was fairly quiet but it did pick up with activity as the weekend approached. The cottage was roomy for our family of 6 and allowed everyone their own space. We loved eating in the large sunroom at the picnic-style table. The kids had crazy fun on the diving board and enjoyed using the canoe to paddle back and forth to the island. Sun-filled days and evenings were the highlights of our holiday.
