The gentle walk to the waterfront provides convenient access to the private dock for guests of all ages. As with any waterfront property, children should always be supervised near the water.

Three pairs of snowshoes are provided.

Edgewater is fully winterized and equipped with a whole home backup generator that automatically provides power during local outages, offering additional peace of mind throughout the winter months.

## WINTER GUEST INFORMATION

Muskoka experiences significant snowfall. Winter tires or a 4x4 vehicle are highly recommended.

Our driveway is plowed regularly, although municipal road clearing schedules are outside our control.

The outdoor firepit may be inaccessible during periods of heavy snowfall. The indoor wood burning fireplace remains available for guests to enjoy.

The garage gym is unheated and can become quite cold during the fall and winter months.

## OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Edgewater is designed for peaceful vacations, relaxing retreats, and respectful group getaways. Parties are not permitted.

When requesting a reservation, please share a few details about your group and the purpose of your visit.

A signed rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation.

Organized retreats or similar gatherings must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Guests are required to sign our house rules and rental agreement prior to check in.
