Welcome to Shoalwater #401. This complex was rated #1 Landscaping Yard of the Month for September by the Orange Beach Garden Club! This Gulf front corner unit is conveniently located on the 4th floor with amazing views and still low enough to hear the waves. Desirable Eastern corner offers the best exposure to enjoy the balconies. Wrap around balcony with floor to ceiling glass make the most of the views from the Master bedroom and the living/dining areas. You will enjoy waking up in your king size bed in the Master and then walking right out onto balcony. Your guests will also be comfy in their Queen bedroom with their own private balcony and private bath. The last bedroom has two twin beds, a great beach theme, and also has a private bath. You can bring up to eight people with a queen sofa sleeper in living area that will have one of the best views in the entire place.

Unit has recently been remodeled and updated with new furnishings. There are TVS and DVD players in all the bedrooms and in the living area. Stay connected with WIFI streaming throughout, as well as a land line telephone inside the unit for your convenience. Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room and linens provided (just bring your own beach towels!). Amenities include outdoor pool, indoor pool, exercise facilities, BBQ Area/Grills, tennis court, and hot tub. With all this you won't wan to leave...but in case you do, there are restaurants, parks, shopping centers (Including Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley), live entertainment, and much more very close by.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Great location!

This condo is acutually nicer in person than the pictures look. Great location, perfect view, beautiful balcony. Could have been a little cleaner. There werent any cleaning supplies other than a broom & a vacuum. Make sure you pack or buy the basic things you’ll need for cooking, such as salt, pepper, seasoning, foil. They do have plenty of cookware. Very comfortable condo!

The property was fantastic. We were a family of 8 and were surprised at how comfortable we all were in the condo. They provided a fully stocked kitchen but the best part was the size of the balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed and will definitely book again!

Fun time, but not much room

The condo was nice enough but we found it a bit crowded. All the necessities were there, but in the smallest possible rooms. We felt like we were on top of each other. BUT, the price is good and the location is great - right on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony very much. Mattresses need to be replaced, especially on the twin beds.

Stayed here for our annual girls' trip. Loved the huge corner balcony with plenty of good seating. Everything about the unit was great. Bed linens & towels were good quality & kitchen was well-equipped.

This property was fairly run down. Construction workers were on the balcony of the unit when we arrived, doing repair work, which was being done for our entire visit.

Great place to stay

Location was very convenient to grocery stores, souvenir shops and restaurants. Property is well maintained and clean. Loved having beach chairs to rent in front of property. Had an issue with one of the Tv’s but maintenance came same day and fixed. Only complaint was super hard mattresses in the room with twin beds and noise from pool crowds. But overall a wonderful experience and get-away for a few days.

Great Balcony

The balcony was amazing, we ate all our dinners and most lunches out there. The condo was also a fantastic size for our group (4 adults and 3 kids) and were pleasantly surprised that every room had a bathroom. My only critiques would be the unit could use a deep cleaning (air vents, new shower curtain liners etc) and a mat by the front door. The hall carpet was wet most days because of rain and made for a slick entrance on the tile. Management company was great and very responsive to our issues and made a point to come out quickly. The check in process was a bit of a pain due to heavy traffic. Since we were arriving after the office closed it was a little concerning that all my information for the condo was just placed outside the door. Since most doors contain a code it seems this process could be updated to be more secure and convenient for renters by emailing information and getting electronic signatures. All in all we loved this condo, it’s location and it’s layout!

Perfect stay

The condo was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, The beds were super comfy and the condo was clean and in a great location. The balcony is awesome to watch the waves roll in, watch the dolphins play and the balcony furniture was perfect. We made a lot of great memories and had a fantastic trip. The only negative part was having to drive to Gulf Shores in that terrible traffic only to get the code to the condo. Also, only having availability to 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom condo was inconvenient. We had 3 cars and had to find a place offsite to park a 3rd car. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We only had two issues - 1) The Queen bed in the 2nd BR was extremely noisy. They really need to invest in a new box spring. Just getting out of bed squeaked so badly that it woke the other person up. 2) The sliding doors in the master were extremely difficult to open/close. otherwise the condo was pretty clean and well equipped with great views & convenient location.

Great location but DIRTY!!!!!

When we checked in the condo was filthy. For one thing, there was hair in the bathtubs. We had a late check-in, so I mentioned the condition when we went to the office the next morning. Jeff said he would address with the housekeeping staff immediately. There was a crew at the condo a few hours later to replace the moldy shower curtains. This condo needs a serious deep clean! The AC vents have a half-inch of dust on them, and it's obvious only the "seen" areas are ever cleaned, and then only partially. There were dust and hair on the DVD player in the bedroom, dirt on the floors, debris from the last tenants in the corners of the bathrooms, mold, grime inside the kitchen cabinets, and the ceiling fans had years of dirt on them. I just tried not to look in corners etc. This goes beyond the expected beach sand and the results of being a rental. The towels were what I'd expect to see at a Motel 6; NOT at a condo that cost this much per night. There weren't even any hand towels. There was also no toilet paper holder in one bathroom. We have rented from several owners and property managers in Orange Beach over the last few years, and this experience was extremely disappointing in comparison!!

Great girls’ getaway!

I was disappointed in the cleanliness when we arrived. There was toothpaste smeared on a counter, coffee grounds still in the coffee pot, and one set of sheets appeared to be dirty. Great location and perfect room for everyone.
