Condo was clean, had a lot of space for my family. Great location on the beach. The corner unit with the balcony is great! Awesome views, we sat out there a lot. Communication was prompt with any questions I had. Would stay again.

Great place to stay! My family and I enjoyed the view from the balcony. Short walk right to the beach. The place was clean and roomy. The description of the property was correct. Would definitely stay again!

The location and views are great. The condo needed to be cleaned better.

Our only real complaints are the tub in the master bathroom drained real slow so you stood in water while showering. The living room remote for the satellite needs replaced. It was very hard to use because it is wore out. The cleaning fee that is charged is a little steep especially when we arrived and found hair on the floors and counter tops especially in the bathrooms. On the plus side the views are great, excellent water pressure, and everything was provided to begin our stay with stores close by if you needed anything.

The place is great. Good value. Clean. Right on the beach. Great time. The rental management company didn't have the code for the back door of the condo building when we got locked out. They refused to admit there was a backdoor that needed a code... "we have no information about a code so you don't need one." "I'm at it, you do need a code." "you're at the wrong location." "I've been here since last night and walked out this door." "property manager confirms there is no code." "I got the code from the security guard. It's xxxx. He confirms there is no property manager on site. just a management company that is never on site."Lastly, the condo had no extra kitchen trash bags, just the one. And no extra toilet paper.Basically the property is a 5* and the rental company is a 1*.

This condo is great - everything as is online. Our only issue is that there were no instructions re: electronic devices ... couldn't get TVs in bedrooms to work; Keurig wouldn't brew, dishwasher confusing. Maybe younger visitors know all this , but we didn't. No TV in bedrooms wasn't an issue, the main room worked when we wanted. There were many false starts with dishwasher, and Keurig was a no go. Many times there is a "Welcome to our Condo" or something that explains the quirks, and it would have helped us. In spite of this long note, we had no other comments other than GREAT.

Fall Getaway

The things we loved about the condo---the balcony was wonderful which is a big plus for us because we like to spend as much time as possible sitting outside. The balcony had a great view, comfortable furniture, and privacy. The things we didn't love---the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. The bathtubs definitely needed some grab bars to hold on to. The master bath was so high to climb into and was also very slippery and took forever to drain. We were very cautious while showering. Also, the third shower had no place to set your toiletries except for on the floor which was very inconvenient. We would not stay in this condo again because of the bathrooms. Other than that, it was well stocked, looked very pretty, and was very clean.

Everything in this condo was wonderful. We had a small issue with a toilet not working properly and it was fixed within a few hours of contacting the property manager. The rooms were all very clean. There was some mold in the master shower that was visible but no more than in the crevasses of my own home shower at times. The beach area was not as crowded as the areas around this property so that was very nice. My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay!
