part of a collection of homes in Summerā€™s Edge, a family oriented

beachside community located in the heart of scenic 30-Aā€™s beach

communities between Destin and Panama City Beach. It is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many

activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and Seaside, and comfortably sleeps 8 guests.



There are 17.5 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Of course, you can always enjoy the miles of unspoiled beaches or one of two neighborhood pools.



The spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen are on the first floor as well as one bedroom with a queen bed, and bathroom. On the second floor there is a large master suite with king sized bed, sitting area and large bathroom. The covered second floor deck provides a perfect place to relax, enjoy the gulf breezes or venture up the spiral staircase leading to the third floor observation tower. The third bedroom has one bunk bed with a twin over full arrangement, and a single XL twin bed, and a third bathroom on this floor.

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Stairway to Heaven! Amazing location, quick walk to the beach, easy check in, property owner so friendly and easy to reach. The property had everything we needed! Beach chairs, wagons, beach towels, etc. Will def stay here again!

Great family spot

Nice house with a great location. Love that there are two pools and private beach access. The house had all the amenities you need including beach chairs and a wagon.The host let us in early because he didn't have a guest checking out that day and gave us advice on travel and grocery. Overall great service and would highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Great house with everything we needed on a quiet tree lined street in Seagrove beach. Plenty of room for our whole family and the location to the beach was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property!

Absolutely Perfect

We come to Seagrove Beach every July (8 years in a row now) for a family vacation and this was by far the best stay yet. The house was perfect for everything we need. The close access to the beach and pool was excellent. The house was very well decorated and roomy for the four of us. We really look forward to the opportunity to stay here again in the future!

Excellent service

Great house with great location! Property manager/owner was extremely helpful and immediately responded and was very friendly. A rolling cooler was listed in the amenities but was missing. When I called to ask where it was she offered to bring us one! Enjoyed our house, would definitely stay again! Thanks, Brandy

Keep Track of your security deposit

This is a very nice house in a great location. That said, we've stayed there twice and both times I've had to follow up with the managers about getting my deposit check back even though there was no damage. Also, there were a couple of things that weren't working well in the house and it took them a while to come out to look at it and get it fixed. Needless to say we won't be staying there again.

Charming and Quiet!

We loved our stay at Stairway to Heaven! Weā€™ve stayed in Rosemary and Seacrest the last five years and decided to try Seagrove this year. The vibe is very different but equally enjoyable. The neighborhood is charming with quiet tree lined streets and the house is a quick and easy walk to the beach (4-5 minutes at most). The house was well stocked and very comfortable. The owners provide beach chairs but I highly recommend renting a beach chair and umbrella set up. 30A is NOT an area where most people bring their own equipment. This is something you will be glad you splurged for. Trust me! We saved the nice beach chairs the house came with for watching the sunset in the evenings. Compared to other beaches where we have stayed, Ramsgate access does not feel crowded. A few tips while staying in Stairway to Heaven ā€¦. there is a pedestrian gate at the end of N Ryan and 30A that leads to the shopping and restaurants so you donā€™t have to walk all the way around or drive out of the neighborhood. The key fob the house comes with will grant you access. We loved Turbo Coffee in the mornings! Order online if going after 8:30 as the line will be out the door. Donā€™t miss a dinner at The Old Florida Fish House. Itā€™s a great experience for all ages and a short drive from the house (or a 15 minute walk). Make reservations once you book your property. If they are not ready for you when you arrive, grab a beverage and stroll the outdoors. The Perfect Pig was also very good for a dinner out. We did cook several of our meals while there. There is a Publix nearby for groceries. We placed an order online before our arrival and picked it up once we arrived in Seagrove. This made things so easy. Lastly, our last night there my husband and I enjoyed wine and dinner on the second story balcony while our college aged kids went out separately. It was great people watching and so relaxing. I wish we had done this earlier in our trip. We would stay here again!

Wonderful spring break

We loved our stay! Right by the beach access and on a quiet street. We would stay here again for sure! Clean and well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and great decks for coffee.

Wonderful time at Stairway to Heaven

We had a wonderful vacation and Stairway to Heaven was the perfect home base for us. Everything was as described in the pictures and the location was excellent. The pool was less than a block away and the beach was another block further. Right in the heart of Seagroveā€¦restaurants, shopping, etc., were all minutes away. Summerā€™s Edge feels like youā€™ve been dropped into Nantucket. If the room/bed configurations work for you, youā€™ll have a great time!

We Loved It!

Great location - near Seaside but on a very quiet street and extremely close to the beach. The furnishings were nice. Beds were comfy. Place was clean. We would definitely come back again. The development has two hotels - one of which was heated which was great for February. This is the kind of place you'll want to come back to visit. Perfect setting for a family getaway to the beach.

Best beach trip!

Our group of friends loved the house and it was a great location. Access to the beach and pool were super simple and we loved the close proximity to Old Florida Fish House. Super great all around!

We will be back!

We recently rented 'Stairway to Heaven' and found it to be just what we had hoped. The house sits on a quiet street just off 30A in a beautiful neighborhood. The beautiful blue hues and decor reminds you that the beach is just a few steps away. The house was clean and looked more like a home instead of a vacation rental. We had plenty of room and enjoyed all three porches. Bike rentals came in handy with so much traffic. Stairway to Heaven is in a great location to bike most everywhere. (Note: reserve bikes well before you get there in order to have them delivered and picked up.) Jane, the property manager was so lovely and helpful with my questions before we arrived. Truly exceptional customer service! The only slight negative is that we found the pools to be not as well-maintained. Weeds growing between cracks around the smaller pool wasn't cool. Overall, the pools were not fabulous. That said, we have already booked for 2022 on the same street. Our family truly had a wonderful vacation.
