We love staying at Pelican Beach Resort. This was a beautiful condo. Just as described! Very clean! Wonderful view! Saw dolphins every morning while drinking my coffee! Would book this condo again!

Everything was clean and as described!! It was me, my husband & our 8 yr old son with plenty of room & some to spare! Easy beach access and a perfect view of the emerald green water! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach condo. The location was fantastic, the ocean view was beautiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The property management team responded fast anytime we reached out.A couple things could make the experience even better: more closet hangers, basic shower toiletries, and a child safety lock on the front door and balcony door — super helpful for families with kids or special needs.We did have two small hiccups: the water shut off briefly while the kids were showering, and there was a short power outage. Both came back quickly, so not a big deal, just something to mention.Overall, great stay and we’d come back

We had the best time and the views were amazing. I will say the condo was overlooked in a few areas as far as cleanliness goes, but it wasn’t too terrible. I would re book!

Very comfortable well equipped property with a gorgeous view of the beach and the water. It was close to many restaurants and stores and we had everything we needed. Nice pools too. The Pelican Cafe was a nice surprise and had tasty made to order food at very reasonable prices.

We had to make some adjustments to the dates of our stay well within the allowed time frame, and our hosts were very understanding and accommodating. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had enough of the basic provisions for two adults for a 4-night stay. The host emailed us instructions about checking in and checking out so we knew exactly what to do and it made things go absolutely smoothly. There was nothing negative to say about our stay. It was wonderful!

Beautiful in every way!

Very clean and recently updated with a lot of care! Beautiful view of the sand and ocean from the balcony. Comfy beds!! Close to restaurants! Perfect in every way!

Delightful Destin Stay

Property was exactly as photos depicted. Looked recently update and fresh clean condo. Location on beach was outstanding and pools, exercise room and hot tubs all very nice. Staff, across the board, were helpful and very friendly. Special shout out to AnnaBeth for special assist on check in and questions .. she was outstanding. Condo perfect for a couples getaway .. was just the right size

Great little trip to Destin! The property was very nice. Would definitely stay again! Couple small things… no shower shampoos/ soaps were available and that was listed. Also, although it was listed several places that no smoking was allowed in properties or balconies, we had multiple surrounding properties that were smoking marijuana. Made going out to the balcony not as enjoyable.

We’re sorry to hear about the missing shower items and will double-check the listing to make sure that information is accurate for future guests. Regarding the smoke from neighboring balconies, we completely understand how that could take away from your experience. While we strictly enforce our no-smoking policy within the properties we manage, we unfortunately don’t have control over guests in nearby units. In cases where resort policies are being broken, the best course of action is to contact resort security so they can address the issue promptly. Amazing but strict.

We loved everything about our stay except the beach umbrella rules. Not being able to sit infront of the properly owned umbrellas when all of the ones close have been rented for months. The property is beautiful and well kept. The staff was very nice and helpful. The security guy working the beach was very nice and friendly.

Beautiful

We had an amazing time. Place was clean and decorated beautifully, king sz mattress was so comfortable. Property was clean , everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our only complaint is to pay that much money and have to sit 3 rows back from the water is completely unexceptionable!!! And you have to pay to rent chairs and umbrella which should be included in the price of rental. This would be only reason for us not to stay here again.

Unfortunately since the beach chair service is separate from the condo and we only manage the condo itself, so the beach chair service is optional and up to each guest if they choose to use it, we hate that you had issues with it! Beautiful unit!

We stayed in 1204 at Pelican Beach Resort. This unit is super nice and updated beautifully. We loved everything about the condo itself. Fully stocked kitchen, felt like I was right at home! The resort itself needs a little TLC. I know they are very busy but it just seemed to be lacking staff to keep up with the grounds. Didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub because it was loaded with little kids at all times. There should be a rule that kids under a certain age aren’t allowed in the hot tub. As far as the beach, it was great! We did rent chairs and an umbrella one day but we also brought our own chairs too. It gets expensive at 53.00/day to rent them every single day. The resort is nicely located on US 98 so there was never a long drive anywhere we went.

Renter Beware

First the positive - great view. We've stayed in the building a number of times. Now the negative (which I never do) 1. you are charged a $89 damage protection fee with rental. Management "claims" we damaged the sleeper sofa. We never used the sleeper sofa aside from sitting on it. They argued and insisted we did so charged us an additional $100. Mind you there is an $89 damage protection fee already included in original cost. They refused to discuss further and refused to refund the $100. 2. Suspect there were bedbugs. I got a line of three bug bites in two different locations on my body. 3. bedding could use updating. Felt kind of dirty sleeping in the bed. We are frequent travelers and have never had an issue, this experience was quite disappointing.

Our staff does take photos of our properties before check in and after check out of every guest so that we can assure that any damages are caught with every guest. I can assure you that the condo has been checked and is bed bug-free! Sand fleas do happen at the beach so that is likely what the bites were from. We do hope to see you again soon!
