Apricari includes three separate buildings consisting of the Main House, Casita and Studio.

MAIN HOUSE
Master Bedroom- king bed, spacious closet, en-suite bathroom, stone shower, double sinks and outdoor bathtub.

Second Bedroom- king bed, dresser, mirror and nightstands

Third Bedroom- bunk beds with two full-size mattresses and a tall chest

Spare Bathroom- shower, sink and toilet

Kitchen- dishwasher, gas stove/oven, large fridge, blender, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, granite counters and spacious island

Living/Dining Room- open concept area with dining table for 6, expansive sectional sofa, wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that allow panoramic views and a dining table.

Main Deck- Multiple seating including outdoor sectional, outdoor dining table for 8, rocker chairs and a gas BBQ.


Pool- available for all guests

Carport Parking- space for up to 3 or 4 vehicles and can be used by guests

The entire main house is at your disposal with exception of the storage room on the carport level and loft in main house. These are designated for staff use only.

Apricari offers fiber optic high-speed Wifi internet connection. Perfect for streaming videos, browsing internet, video calls/meetings and remote virtual work.

Additionally, when you opt for our monthly discount, electricity will be charged separately based on kilowatt-hour consumption, ensuring transparency and fairness in billing.
