Fun Beachfront Home in Gated Community – For Groups/Families

This spacious beachfront home is the ideal set-up for two families or for a group of friends to enjoy location and privacy, with easy access to activities and nightlife options nearby.

With 6 bedrooms divided between the main house and the guesthouse, Casa de Sueños makes a group vacation comfortable and fun. Lots of indoor and outdoor common areas offer something for everyone.

Choose from outdoor shaded palapas or sunbathing by the pool on a lounge chair. Or opt to relax in a hammock overlooking the sea under the shade of the Crow's Nest tower.

The beach is just at the bottom of the deck steps, along with our double kayaks available for your use. Paddle out to the nearby reef for amazing snorkeling opportunities, or you can walk along the sand to the Lawson Rock community dock with boat slips to hop on your dive boat or fishing charter boat.

Lawson Rock is a premier location in Roatan, offering proximity to the commercial and transport center of Coxen Hole, while only being a 10-minute drive to popular West End with its nightlife and plethora of activity providers. Community amenities include several pools, a small fitness center, 24/7 security, an extensive groomed beach, and our property management company right on-site.

Spending your time at Casa de Sueños – Spanish for “House of Dreams” – truly is a dream come true. A large open kitchen and dining area in the main house can bring the whole group together for shared meals, while a second kitchen and small dining area in the guesthouse offers everyone the space they may want.

You can opt for our in-house chef to whip up a delectable island-style dinner for everyone so you can truly relax at home! Our concierge team is happy to help facilitate all your activity planning.

Det var en fremragende feriebolig for vores familie på 10 medlemmer. Både inde og ude var alting super fint og vi nød det alle 3 generationer i fulde drag. De unge grutte flittigt deres snorkling udstyr fra broen, og de så mange forskellige fisk og svømmede med dem.Service var i top og vi ankom til et rengjort og velplejet hus. Service var i top og da vi manglede varmt vand i det ene hus, blev det ordnet med det samme.Roatan rentals var virkelig gode at kommunikere med, både før vi ankom og under vores ophold, og de bestilte taxi og lod os stille vores bagage hos dem ved afrejse, hvor vi havde nogle timer inden vi skulle i lufthavnen. Den brugte vi hos Udos lige ved siden af - det kan også stærkt anbefalesI det hele taget kan vi stærkt anbefale Casa del Sueños

This house was perfect for our group! It was in a beautiful location and the hosts were great! When we had A/C issues someone was over right away and worked on it most the day until it was fixed. They always replied right away and were very helpful. Would recommend this house for your vacation.

Highly recommend Casa de Suenos! We are an extended family of 11 ranging from 15-77 y.o. Check in was so easy and the Lawson Rock staff were amazing to go to for anything related to tourism. I have to give Enrique at The Deli (located at Lawson Rock) a huge shout out. You absolutely must stop in and meet him and have one of his amazing breakfast sandwiches and a coffee or juice. It's a 3 minute was from the house. The house is in a security guarded area which felt comforting although we never felt worried. The kitchen is very spacious and had everything we needed. The beds and baths were modern, clean and comfortable. Lots of areas to eat, read or take a nap. The outdoor area was really amazing. Many lounge chairs and soft seating overlooking the pool and the ocean. We had access to the beach and the dock at Lawson Rock which was a very fun spot to swim, jump off the dock, and snorkel. The house had life jackets kayaks too. My only recommendation is to bring bug spray if you are there in August. We did bring home many bites. Overall it was an amazing rental and we all agreed we would def stay there again if/when we go back!

Property management went above and beyond

Wonderful property and location, especially for a group. We had a great time. The property management was truly the best. When we faced flight cancelations, multiple members of the property management went above and beyond. Very highly recommended.

Spacious and low key

House accommodated group of 12 with ages ranging from 20-60. Lots of space so it never seemed crowded. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet with access to a fabulous dock. You can walk the beach, but not a very good lounging or wading beach. Plenty of beautiful white sand beaches in West End and West Bay if that is important. Bring some cheap floats for the pool or off the dock. Beach towels provided. No walkable restaurants (except for deli in Lawson Rock condos) so if that is important to you stay closer to West End. We hit the grocery (Eldon's) in Coxen Hole for more American options, but Honduran grocery between Sandy Bay and West End provided essentials. Pool kept clean every day and fresh mangos from the tree outside!

**Private Oasis**

This private oasis is right in the middle of the island making it easy to get anywhere you want. Perfect for large families as the separate quarters provide privacy. One of the best houses we have ever rented! Snorkeling off the pier is one of the better spots we found and provides hours of enjoyment with many unique sea life spotted which we did not see on several other snorkeling adventures. Our grill wasn’t working and within a few hours, they had a replacement. The pool was cleaned every day. The property Manager was super helpful and the concierge service was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. An amazing experience!

Beautiful Property in Quiet Location

Casa de Suenos was a perfect spot for our family of 11 - parents, kids/spouses and grandkids. It is in a quiet location, a gated community with security guard. It is convenient to the airport (15 min) and to the active locations of West End and West Bay (15 min and 20 min). Two good supermarkets are 5 min and 10 min away. We did rent a car and had no issues driving around the island, though roads can vary from very good to poor. The house itself was very clean and comfortable, though we did have a few maintenance issues, they were addressed promptly by the rental staff, whose office is just a minute away. The beach is public, but had very little traffic save the residents, and the crystal clear water right behind the house was perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, etc. There was a nice swim ladder on the community dock nearby, so that was a help also. All in all, a great week at this very relaxing spot.

Great Location

Property was as described. We had daily upkeep on lawn and pool service. Enrique was available for any issues we had to reconcile immediacy. Security was top notch. They provide three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll, liquid and bar soap in every bathroom, they had dishwasher soap, dish soap, and every pot, pan, and dish you would need to feed a family of 13 or more. Location is about a 15 minute drive to West End and 25 minute drive to West Bay. We would definitely return when we come with a large group.

8 adult divers stayed here. Dive boat picked us up on the dock out front of the property. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice location. We rented 2 cars but really could get by with taxi. We had a chef for 3 nights that I would highly recommend. We had a wonderful time here.

Roatan Hideaway

Overall good. We liked the setup and space of the house. The outside sitting areas were great. Nice amenities however the property needs better maintenance. For our stay we had water pressure issues in the showers, kitchen drain clogged due to grease trap, pool needed repair and cleaned, sink on outside island did not work, as well as the beach shower, Pictures look better than actual place. Would we come back, yes.

Christmas family getaway

Beautiful Oasis

This home was wonderful for multiple families. It is just how it's described. Fully loaded kitchen, beautiful spacious bedrooms, wonderful bathrooms with running water, well functioning AC, and spacious/beautiful living spaces. It is definitely not possible to swim in front of the home, but we enjoyed jumping off the nearby dock. The swimming pool is very small but it's good for cooling off and we appreciated that they cleaned it every morning. There were only two aspects that were a little different than expected: (1) the gated community: while there is a guard posted at the entrance, it is not gated in the way the U.S. has gated communities as individuals can enter the property on foot, they simply can't drive in without going through the guard. And, we often found the guards sleeping. But, we did feel relatively safe. (2) There was significant construction on the two neighboring houses. While this got noisy from time to time, it wasn't much of an issue. Other info that may be helpful: Please note that the kitchen is well stocked but does not include potholders or basic things like olive oil and spices. It is wiped clean after each guest and really only includes salt and pepper. If you stop at the grocery in Coxen Hole on your way in from the airport, know you will have to buy all edibles for cooking purposes. And, like most places in Honduras, the mosquitos are relentless, but we kept all doors closed and didn't have the need for mosquito netting. Finally, it is customary in Honduras to place toilet paper in the waste paper baskets beside the toilets rather than flushing it down the drain as the plumbing on the mainland leaves much to be desired. Because we were on septic, I asked about whether we could flush our toilet paper and they asked that we put it in the trash cans. I wasn't sure if this is because they were taking advantage of the fact that I knew this custom or if the septic tanks for this property really couldn't handle flushed toilet paper. Regardless, this is an enjoyable home and the managers of the property are quite attentive. It is unlikely you'll be disappointed.

Great time at Lawson Rock

This property is perfect for family's or large groups. Right on the water, fully stocked kitchen, really great and family staff. The security guards in particular were extremely friendly and helpful.

Amazing Thanksgiving in Roatan!

The house was exactly like it was described on the listing. Layout was great for our group of 13 and provided ample space to spread out or be together. House was clean and secure with 24 hour security 100 yards away. The beach was not good for sitting on but we swam out to the reef everyday and snorkeled. Dive boats would be there all the time and all we had to do was swim out about 200 yards for some of the best views in the sea. Roatan vacations was super quick to respond and Liz and Jimmy were Rockstars! We will be back!

Our favorite house we have ever stayed at, Roatan Vacation rentals was amazing!!! Beach front, can swim to the reef from the beach or dock. Be hard to stay anywhere else when we come back.

This place has it all! A spectacular view of the sea and sunsets, spacious deck with pool and sitting areas, lounge chairs. Large well stocked kitchen and dining area, comfortable beds, cozy hammocks, well kept grounds in a gated community. It's perfect for a group of up to 12. Highly Recommend. Thank you so much!
