Our three bedroom, three bath townhouse also has a bunk room/den and a loft and easily sleeps ten in beds. Our mountain vacation home includes a fully equipped kitchen and full size washer/dryer as well as five TVs. It is ideal for large families or several couples. Everyone can enjoy privacy with each bedroom and bath on its own level.

Our townhouse has been completely remodeled and recently redecorated. It has new LVF flooring throughout, granite kitchen counters, and new appliances. The decor is warm and comfortable with leather furniture and luxury linens. It is a great place to call home while on vacation. You can eat in on the front or back porch over looking the pool while you BBQ on the gas grill.

Parking / Bus / Steamboat: We have parking for 2 vehicles, but public transportation is also available to take you to the ski village or downtown and always brings you back to our door. If you want to eat out, the bus stop is just across the street and arrives every 15 minutes. Then, you are just a couple of minutes from Gondola Square. Steamboat has incredible eating, shopping and a movie theater, Strings Concert Hall, and professional rodeo. The botanic garden is a must see.

Beginning ski season 24-25, we will be offering access to our new ski locker at Creekside which is just steps from the Steamboat Gondola. It is a great place to get geared up each day and you can leave your street shoes in the locker while you ski. At the end of the day, you may store any items in the locker overnight except adult skis/board. If you rent from the resort, it will include ski storage. This amenity includes a 20% discount when renting skis/boards from the Steamboat resort.

Ski Rental / Ski Storage: We also recommend Fleischer Sport for both ski rentals and storage. When you rent from them, they store skis/boots overnight for free. If you bring your own skis, they also offer ski/boot storage options, for a fee. Fleischers offers reasonable rates and is located in Gondola Square.

Summary: We treated our family to the Christmas Holiday in Steamboat Springs in 2000 & 2002. Those memories will last forever and are the reason we bought our own place in Steamboat in 2011. Our townhouse is so warm and relaxed we now vacation in Steamboat as often as possible. When we aren't using it, we are so happy to be able to share it with you and your family. Steamboat Springs is a great vacation location for all seasons and we are now hosting destination weddings. Just minutes to hiking fishing, biking, horseback riding, hot springs, botanic garden and many shops and restaurants.
