The property is well maintained and has a pretty view of the ocean and is located close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and the beach. If you enjoy playing pickleball, the community have a group of fun people that plays there. We had a lot of fun meeting and playing with some of them.

The place was well kept, very clean! Awesome view the only thing we didn’t expect is how healthy of a walk it was to the beach, but the overall experience for a laid back vacation spot is phenomenal

My entire stay was outstanding. The moment I entered the condo until the very end of my trip, was amazing, relaxing , with Exceptional cleanliness and beautiful new appliances, 100%. The condo was stocked with everything you could imagine! The agent taking care of my rental was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating!. The Gulf/Tigertail views were breathtakingly amazing. It is a long walk to get to the water but worth every minute.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Marco Island! The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The property was well maintained and provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy our time together.One of the highlights was the breathtaking sunsets from the balcony. Sitting outside in the evening and enjoying the beautiful views was truly unforgettable.We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway in Marco Island. We would happily stay here again!

Great condo and great location. The community is quiet and clean, perfect for relaxation. The condo itself was clean and easily accommodated 5, which included two teenagers, a 21 year old, and two other adults. It provides easy beach access as well.

This is a great place. The view is amazing, the condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart. Marco Island has a lot of beautiful spots and great restaurants. The walk to the beach is somewhat long and hot, it did not bother us but if mobility is a concern I would take note. We loved it and would stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is very clean and convenient. The view from the balcony was great. We liked that it is on the Eco lagoon side, as it does not get too hot in the sun. Once, we waded through the lagoon and went to Tigertail Beach, where we had a great time.The beach cart (stroller) was very helpful. It was not hard to push on the compacted sand. The beach was great and we swam every day. We also played pickleball and enjoyed it.The island is quite small, making the location convenient to everything, including restaurants and shopping. The only complaint is that the wine opener could be better, as I broke the cork when I tried to open a bottle of wine.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island

We absolutely loved our experience at South Seas and the accommodations were very nice. Our favorite part was the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. We will be returning!!!

Amazing

The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Everything we could possibly need was there. The walk to the beach was a little long for us but worth the walk. Had an amazing time. Will definitely be booking here again.

4.9 Stars.Host is responsive and easy to communicate with. Their local representative provided almost excellent service, except that documents package was sent out to me only 2 days before departure, a little bit late to my preference.The apartment is recently remodeled and is in a very good condition. Except may be the mattress in the master bedroom, which is not cheap, doesn't look old and has a good firmness to my liking, but already has an indent on the right side. Not completely intolerable but will need to be replaced in the near future.The kitchen is well equipped to cook breakfast or other basic meal.There are beach chairs and other beach accessories in the closet. Do not waste your time with 2 separate umbrella sand anchors found there as the sand is way too hard for them. Ise the umbrella I left there with the proper anchor already mounted on the rod. It's a brand new one and is pretty sturdy and easy to use.Overall, I do highly recommend this vacation rental.

Electric power was shutdown to adjoining tower and pool for maintenance for a whole day. This meant we were unable to use the pool.Part of family left a day early due to this and we had an unexpected boring day.

Unfortunately, the power shutdown and resulting pool closure were mandated by the condominium association and were completely outside of our control. We understand how disappointing it must have been to lose access to the pool for a day, especially during your vacation. We always strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience and regret that this unforeseen maintenance affected your stay. We appreciate your understanding and hope you'll consider staying with us again so you can enjoy everything our condo and Marco Island have to offer under normal circumstances.
