Clean, well stocked home in a fantastic location!

This condo is beautiful and well kept. On 3 levels, there was enough room for 4 adults and 6 kids without being on top of one and other. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, and is only 5 minutes from Loon and 10 minutes from town. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Great condo - minutes from loon.

The owner was very responsive to questions. The condo has a great layout that 2 families (5 young kids in total) were able to spread out comfortably. The condo is in really good condition and the kitchen is really well stocked. Loon was only a few minutes away from the condo. A great choice for our family vacation.

Nice, clean and close to the slopes

Well kept and clean when we arrived. Owners answered all our questions. The sliding door to the porch was hard to open (probably the bottom rollers need to be adjusted) - but other than that, very happy with our stay

I stayed in this home with my friend and our 5 combined children. The layout is amazing, giving plenty of space for everyone. The entire space has been nicely updated since the pictures were taken, so we were very pleasantly surprised! It was perfect for our trip. Wish there was a bathroom on the main floor. Place was clean with plenty of kitchen supplies. I rented a Ford Expedition and the parking space was tight. Great place to stay

We had a lovely time in this clean, well stocked house. Our family enjoyed the many games and toys, and comfortable living space. The main living area was far enough away from sleeping children at night. The beds were really comfortable and we loved being in clear brook where on our way to the pool(which is a bit of a walk) the kids went wading in the water and had a great time. Also this property had a beautiful view of the mountain. I must add that we had an infant who was crawling and with open steps layout had to block the stairs, Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Great set up

Great set up for families! Pool is slightly inconvient to get to during the cold winter time and maybe easier to walk to during the warmer months. I failed to realize there were pool towels located in the laundry room and maybe wasn’t super clear to me on the welcome letter. Everything you need is there!

Nice place

The only problem I have with this rental was the lack of communication prior to the date of stay. Examples: no response on early check in request, address different from reservation ( should be 5 not 6), type of coffee maker (not Keurig), bring your own wash cloths, no USB connectors for charging.

Thomas, I'm sorry to hear that there was some confusion prior to your stay. There is no mention of 6 anywhere in any literature published on the site. Looking every where all that is shown is 5 Big Bear Lane · 5 Big Bear Lane, Lincoln, NH, US. Not sure how there could be a 6 somewhere but I'll look follow up with VRBO. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the unit. It is in the closet in the loft. Multiple people staying have used it. Sorry that you were unable to locate it during your stay. Please reach do reach out during your stay if you have questions both email and telephone numbers are published in Welcome guides for just that purpose. Yes we assume that people will bring will bring all supporting accessories for their own personal electronics. Sorry for this assumption. We'll make sure we update the Welcome Letter to stress that guests need to make sure for their personal electronics - they have accessories. If left out people have had a tendency to "mistake" them for the ones they brought. Thanks, -ryan

Overall a great place

When we arrived with 3 small children at almost 8 pm at night after 12 hours of travel, we walked in and noticed the cleaning service hadn’t been to the house. I called Ryan and he got back to me immediately and was extremely apologetic about the miscommunication between the cleaning service. Luckily there were extra sheets so we had a clean place to sleep and the cleaning service showed up the next day. Ryan continued to check in through out our stay and gave us some great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely stay here again!
