My husband and his employee's had a great time. Fishing wasn't good but other than that they all had fun! The host was very accommodating. Very spacious house. We will definitely book again!

Shark attacks

The house was clean and comfortable. Could have use a few more t to cook with. Also more seats in the main house. Beside that the house is amazing and the company that manages it was great

While the property was clean and check-in was easy, our stay was defined by a significant lack of basic amenities, maintenance failures, and blatant listing inaccuracies.The house was not sufficiently stocked, but instead felt we were using leftovers from previous tenants.The listing advertised 4 bathrooms, but there are only 3. It also claims to sleep 12, which is unrealistic given the actual layout. Furthermore, both the Wi-Fi network name and password provided were incorrect.Structural Hazard: The patio railing wooden beams are coming loose, posing a serious safety risk.Broken Items: The recliner is broken, the dining table is unstable, a shower curtain collapsed, and the dishwasher rack is broken.Electrical Issues: Three ceiling fan remotes were synced to the same frequency; adjusting one turned on lights in other rooms, waking guests throughout the night.Poor Sleep: Beds were noisy and dipped significantly in the middle.For 7 people staying 3 days, we were only given one day of toilet paper and 3 trash bags. There was no hand soap (a major sanitary issue), only 4 glasses, no basic salt/pepper, and a non-functional dryer. Finding a large, empty detergent container felt like the house was never properly reset. With no patio furniture and a rusted grill, the outdoor space was unusable.Most, if not all, of these issues could have been prevented. We shouldn't have to spend quality time managing properly upkeep.

Regarding the amenities and property setup, we provide starter supplies as outlined in our listing, and we routinely inspect and document each property prior to guest arrival. Since your departure, we have followed up on the items mentioned to ensure the home continues to meet our standards. We also appreciate feedback regarding maintenance items and will continue working with our team and owners to address areas that may need attention or improvement. San Juan family beach house

Initially, we had doubts about the property's appearance from the pictures, fearing they might be outdated. However, upon stepping inside the house, our perspective shifted completely. Everything matched the online visuals perfectly. The house was pristine, the property felt new, and there was ample parking. Being so close to the beach in a quiet and lovely neighborhood made our stay even more special. We created unforgettable family memories at San Juan Family Beach House, and we truly appreciated the immaculate condition of their beautiful property.

Lovely Property and Great Location

New property, clean and spacious. Beautiful kitchen, restrooms and bedrooms. In a nice location, close to the beach and restaurants. We enjoyed our stayed, would definitely recommend it. Also has a patio table and a grill. Property does not have an iron nor a blow dryer.
