Entertainment awaits in the family room, where a pool table, fireplace, and plush lounge seating provide the perfect setting for leisurely moments. Step through two sets of French doors to discover the enclosed backyard oasis, where lush tropical landscaping envelops a serene outdoor dining area for six, a bubbling hot tub, and an in-ground trampoline for the young and young at heart. Other Things to Note:

• 3 night minimum stay.

• Guests must be at least 30 years of age to book.

• Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted.

• Parking: there is no access to garage, but there are 3 spots in driveway and plenty of street available.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

This house really feels like a home. Some rentals shout rental, but not this home. Location is great walk to beach, shopping, restaurants and don't miss the hike up the hills behind LA Jolla. Service was great, every time we contacted the owners rep they addressed all of our questions promptly. Back yard is wonderful to hang out in, plantings and the smell of flowers make it a special space.

Ideal location, gracious living!

We loved staying in this home for two weeks. The layout was great. Enormous primary bedroom suite on the second floor as well as a large office on that floor with its own terrace. I worked remotely while I was there and it was so relaxing with stunning views of the water and beach. A large kitchen made it so easy to cook nice meals. We loved the large backyard with outdoor seating. Alessandro greeted us at the home and showed us around. He was immediately responsive within minutes if I texted him with a question, which I did several times.The location was perfect. It was an 8 minute walk to downtown La Jolla Village and all of the best restaurants, stores, salons. We so enjoyed our time there.
