This thoughtfully designed first-floor studio villa offers a warm coastal feel, featuring stylish shiplap walls and tile flooring throughout. The inviting living area includes a luxurious leather power-reclining sofa and two comfortable swivel chairs—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. For a restful night’s sleep, the villa features a comfortable queen-size bed and queen size Murphy bed.

The fully equipped kitchen includes beautiful quartz countertops, a double oven, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy dining at the counter-height bar, designed for casual and comfortable meals.

The spacious bathroom features double sinks, quartz countertops, and a soaking tub with a shower—ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Step outside to the screened-in lanai, where you can sip your morning coffee or evening drink while listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

* While this is not an oceanfront condo, it is located on the beachside of Ponte Vedra Boulevard, just a short walk to the beach.
* The pools shown in the community photos are for Sawgrass members only and are not available to guests.
* The community pool available to guests is located approximately 1 mile from the condo.
