A huge deck with breathtaking views offers total privacy. Come to our 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath cabin home, well-appointed with all the comforts of home sweet home. This gem is located in Camino, just minutes from Apple Hill with its many award-winning wineries and beautiful orchards. Our house dons a modern stylish kitchen, wine fridge, 2 comfy bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and large laundry room.

This home is very private on 1 1/3 acres, with breathtaking views of the pines, maples and dogwoods. There is plenty of shade and plenty of sun, something for everyone.
Groceries, restaurants and gasoline are within minutes of our home. The El Dorado Forest, beautiful Sly Park Lake, the El Dorado Trail and historic Placerville are within a quick 10 minutes. Hop on and off Highway 50 easily, with the exit just 1 minute from our house. South Lake Tahoe is a mere 50 minutes away and Sierra Tahoe just 45 minutes. This home has a king bed in the master with an ensuite half bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet and slider out to the deck. There is a 65" curved TV in the livingroom, with surround sound, and a 40" TV in the master bedroom. There is a queen cot with 4" memory foam mattress for the livingroom. There is also a selection of air mattresses. The house is fully stocked with everything you might need. The deck has comfortable seating, beautiful views, an electric barbeque and propane grill. At nighttime, the deck and side yard light up so you can enjoy your evenings outside. The side yard has a fire pit and outdoor games.

PLEASE NOTE: We will get snow from time to time in Winter. If the potential for snow is in the forecast for your upcoming stay, please pay attention to road conditions, especially on Highway 50. Your auto may need to be a 4-wheel drive or chains may be required. Our house is on a private road and the neighbors will plow, if necessary. There is no guaranty when the plowing will be done. If snow is in the forecast for your stay, you can check in with the owner if you have any questions.

This is a mountain community with lots of wildlife, deer, racoons, an occasional bear. Please be respectful of the wildlife and stay alert.
