We loved the property! The only issue we had was the poorly stocked kitchen. So hard to prepare and serve a meal to a large family with such few things.

Wonderful house; we had 5 families with children and grandchildren, room for all! Easy access to the Gulf and stores.

Fabulous and beautiful!

Fabulous family vacation! The home was perfect and service amazing!! The beach was spectacular and it's fun to watch the kids chase the ghost crabs at night. It's quiet but close enough to walk to restaurants and shopping. We would love to stay there again. Thank you for there wonderful hospitality and bonfire night.

Beyond spectacular

Spectacular home! This home is a really special place, very beautiful. The home was perfect for my visit and the environment 30a beach girls has created is a sweet oasis. Location was great and 30a beach girls was very helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat! The bonfire night that's included was the sweetest evening. Nice

The overall stay was good. However the air on the 3rd floor went out and no one could come out until the next day. It was pretty miserable. They offered a refund of some of my money but I haven’t received it yet.

There is NO better place to rent from than 30A Beach Girls

There is NO better place to rent from than 30A Beach Girls - truly the best of the best! We have used them 4 times now, and will never stay anywhere else. Not only are the properties absolutely beautiful and clean, but the service you receive from Hollie and the entire team is unmatched! They went above and beyond for us to make our experience excellent and we are just so grateful! Thank you 30A Beach Girls for helping our family make the sweetest memories in the best place!

Beautiful home, very large and opulent.

We had a great vacation! This home was gorgeous, comfortable, and very clean. It could benefit from a waffle maker and an air fryer, but overall well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. The pool was the kids' favorite activity. The service from 30A Beach Girls was amazing—this was our fourth stay with them. This year, we enjoyed a second bonfire and the kids finally got to go ghost crabbing. We loved our goodie box for being returning guests. We would definitely like to return to this house next year. We usually don't go back to the same house, but this one has won us over 100%!

LOVED this gem!

This house was beyond anything we've ever rented, and trust me, we've rented all over the world. It's an absolute dream! Every bedroom was spacious and cozy, with beds so comfortable we all slept like babies. And let's talk about the decor - outstanding doesn't even begin to cover it. We were smitten with every inch of the place. And then there's 30A Beach Girls - what can I say? We adore them for a reason! From the incredible goodie bags to the bikes and golf cart they provided, they truly go above and beyond. They once again organized an unforgettable bonfire evening for us and hooked us up with a dolphin tour. Our experience with them was nothing short of amazing. We're already counting down the days until 2025, and I have a feeling we'll be booking this gem again. It's simply the best, and we can't wait!

1. We were advised that the stove top was inoperable three days before our arrival. Parts were ordered and they told us to use the oven or the grill to cook. After numerous emails and phone calls they finally brought us two portable two burners really cheap 29 at Walmart two days after we arrived. 2. The floors were very dirty. My 1 year old grandson’s hands and knees were black. As well as everyone’s feet. After numerous request they sent someone to mop. 3. The ceiling fans on the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies don’t work. I message about them and they never came to repair them as promised. 4. The ice maker in the kitchen refrigerator does not work. The one by the grill made VERY little ice. So we had no ice the entire week. 5. The refrigerator and freezer lights were not working. 6..The north garage door would not close unless you held the button down until it completely closed. 7. There were no kitchen towels. I had to ask for some. 8. The floor on the lanai was dirty. 9. Poorly stocked kitchen. I bought a tray to put fruit in for the counter. There are no serving bowls. We had to use soup bowls. 10. I did not research this house enough. It is on a busy road. I rented bike seats for my grandbabies and another small bike and we never used them. It’s not child friendly for biking. I waisted 187.25. 11. The pool is small, but perfect for small children. We had five and they loved it. 12. It is overpriced for the area. The pub;ic beach was very crowded and small.
