This 14th floor premiere wing unit has everything you will need or want for the perfect beach vacation. Watch the sunsets from the balcony, living and dining room or master bedroom. Overlooking the Gulf, beach and Tiger Tail Beach and Wildlife Preserve your wraparound balcony has the best view on the island. Watch the sunrise from the back deck off the kitchen while you have your coffee. South Seas is a gated community with heated pools, boat docks for your boat, Pickleball courts with friendly organized play during high season, Har-tru tennis courts, bocci ball, shuffleboard, exercise room and 3 1/2 miles of beaches. Walking distance to restaurants, Nail salon, 7-11 store, laundromat, etc. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain in the unit. Since we have no buildings or condos next to us the view is spectacular, come rain or shine, from every window in every room. The condo has everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach towels, umbrellas, a large cooler on wheels, beach chairs, toys, etc. Perfect for two couples or a family!

Amazing condo, Amazing views

This condo is amazing. Its decor is beautiful and the views are spectacular. Sunsets from the large balcony can't be beat. I feel that the view from the balcony is better than a sunset cruise. The complex is beautiful also. We loved our beach walks every day This condo is a rare find.

A great vacation on Marco Island!

We enjoyed another great vacation this year on Marco Island. The condo is on the beach with beautiful views, walking distance to restaurants and shopping and the people staying at South Seas are friendly and very helpful. We love the security, convenience and location of Nancy's condo. It is well equipped, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation and we look forward to returning next year.

Family Vacation!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home! Your description did not lie! The sunsets were amazing, the beach was awesome and we enjoyed every minute that we vacationed on Marco Island. This was the first time we did a big vacation like this and we are already counting down to when we can come back!

Marco Island is beautiful!

Very well kept condo! Beautiful ocean views from this condo You can watch the sun set from the balcony facing the ocean and it even has a little balcony where you can watch the sun rise in the morning on the other side. We loved it!

Sunsets are spectacular!

Simply stunning views from balcony, main bedroom and living area. Quiet vacation spot. Beach beautiful, shell finding great fun! A bit of a walk to beach (about 15 mins on sand but good to know). Property has beach buggy to use or not. Communal laundry facilities easy to access and very clean. Very comfortable for 4 adults. Good to know about $100 parking fee. Great place to make great memories!

Great Vacation on Marco Island

We enjoyed our vacation in this quiet, well maintained condo on the beach. The views are amazing and the condo is comfortable and well equipped. We love the casual life style, beach access, and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The fitness center in building 3 is an added bonus. Thank you Nancy for a wonderful, relaxing vacation! Wonderful Vacation on Marco Island

We had another great vacation on Marco Island. The condo has a beautiful view of the gulf, is well maintained and is convenient to shopping and dining. The shared fitness center in tower 3 is well maintained and the equipment is new. The building is quiet and the beach is beautiful. We love it. Thank you Nancy!

View to die for

The view was fantastic, the sun sets were great. The room was nice. When there was an issue maintenance took care of it. This is a nice unit but would of liked to see facial tissues, better quality toilet tissues and extra garbage bags for the week. Just add more to the rent and provides these things and eliminate a hassle for the renter. The beach toys and chairs were nice and great to have, the family enjoyed them tremendously. The living room TV is very difficult to navigate. That must be upgraded. Overall very enjoyable and would like to return.

Very clean property

The inside of the condo is really clean and the furniture is actually furniture, not the rental type of uncomfortable furniture. It was a great size for 4 people. The owners provided a cooler, chairs, umbrellas, and a rolling cart to bring stuff to the beach. It’s needed because the beach is enormous abd the ocean is a far far walk. It’s ocean front but you don’t hear the waves due to the distance from the ocean. Gated condos with security and underground parking area. I’m not sure I love Marco island area but if you are going there it’s a great option. All other reviews are right it can’t get better for sunsets!

Great Property Recommended for a Marco Island Beach Vacation.

Great Sunsets from the balcony and the overall process was easy. The property owner was responsive and worked with us through COVID concerns even re-scheduling once to help us out. An early maintenance issue with the property was handled quickly within hours of our arrival and communication was solid. Property is well equipped for a great sun and fun break on Marco. I recommend this property.

Corner unit on 14th floor with a great view of the Gulf . Unit was decorated. The only issue was the TV in living room only had streaming wasn't able to watch regular TV channels.

Beautiful and unique sunrise and sunset views make for the most relaxing vacation ever!

My family was looking for a place to relax for spring break and Nancy’s condo really delivered. Best sunset views over Tigertail Beach and wonderful sunrise views over the city. Great layout and amenities with everything you need to cook meals in the kitchen, but also many wonderful restaurant options in case you want to eat out. The beach is *right there* although I was surprised by the 8-minute walk to actually get to the water and the waves. Who knew a beach could be so wide! Didn’t dampen our enjoyment of the beach, but it’s something to consider. While check-in at South Seas Tower to get the parking pass was a bit hectic since check in is at 3 but the office closes at 4, Nancy’s instructions were detailed and informative so we knew what to expect. Would definitely stay at Nancy’s condo again the next time we are in Marco Island. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Outstanding location and a very comfortable Condo

Would highly recommend this unit. It is very well decorated and furnished, full of upgrades, etc..., and quite comfortable. Great pool area though a bit of a walk to the beach. Outstanding views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom, including incredible sunsets. Another plus is that as an end-unit, the rear patio wraps around the rear and side of the unit, plus a second patio, which provides views of the moonrises. Lastly, it is a private and secluded unit with little distractions.

Marco Island Stay

South Seas Tower 4, #1403 is by far one of the best VRBO locations we have stayed in. The location on the beach was perfect and the views from the balcony were incredible. The condo's kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The swimming pool was heated and so nice to sit and read. We really enjoyed our visit and will plan on returning.

Beautiful, Clean, Condo on the Beach

This is a great 14th floor condo overlooking Tiger Tail beach. The larger west and and north facing balcony is absolutely fantastic and we spent most evenings sitting on it with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The place was perfect for our family of 5 with three girls between 7 and 11. I really appreciated that there was a working ice maker in the freezer! Nancy provided a beach cart, a few beach chairs, and some shovels and sand castle buckets for the kids, which we did not expect but were very happy to have! The cart was a must have since while the condo is right on the beach, the beach is really, really, wide so it takes a minute to walk across it to get to the ocean. Not having to try to carry 5 chairs, the beach bag, and our cooler made the walk to the water that much easier. The building itself is very well maintained. There is a pool shared by tower 3 and 4 that was heated and is pretty large. There were also 4 other pools on the property that you could use if that pool was too crowded or you wanted a change of scenery. With grocery stores close by, and a fairly well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook all our own meals rather than go out during this time of COVID. We had no negative issues at all during our stay. I highly recommend this place.

We purchased this property because of the spectacular views! There are no buildings next to us to impede our view. We can watch sunsets every evening from our large wraparound deck and sunrises from the second deck off the kitchen every morning. We can see Naples in the distance to the north of us. We also love that you can see the beautiful views from everywhere in our unit. When we bought our unit there was a wall between the kitchen and living room. When we learned that we could take out the wall and put in a counter with bar stools we were thrilled. The fact that our unit had been built by the previous owner who put in lots of premium extras like marble window sills, no metal doors, etc. was a very nice plus. Marco Island is the perfect size for us, not too big and not too small. There are many wonderful restaurants, lots to do and close to Naples if you want even more to do! We honestly do not want to get off the island whenever we are there. We hope that you love our second home and much as we do!
