House rule Highlights; There are standard Condominium living rules and regulation that are fairly standard to all condo or hotel living where one must be aware that there are other guests in building to consider. Condo rules and regulations will be forwarded upon booking and you can cancel (if within 60 days) if you disagree with any of them. We also welcome any specific questions before booking. There is a ban of porch lights and brightness from unit during the turtle season (July - Oct). The turtles lay their eggs and beach patrol puts a small fence around these eggs. The bright lights from unit CAN prevent the turtles from laying their eggs so this is a mandatory yet easy to abide by requirement during this season. The drapes can be easily pulled shut if you sit in brightness during the evening hours. There is a building rule that luggage and groceries must be brought in through SIDE building door. This is good for everyone so that lobby remains a place of quiet and comfort. The parking is for guests only and all others WILL be towed. Again, that is good for you because space will clearly be available for you, our guests:) LAUNDRY MUST BE STARTED at check out. Strict deposit rules will apply if the sheets are not started and place is not tidy with dishwasher loaded, etc. Please be aware that this is important part of the process because guests leave at 10am and new guests (or my family) arrive at 3pm. That leaves limited time for the place to be cleaned thoroughly and all the laundry to get done. We thank you for this necessary commitment. We maintain the right to EVICT if rules are not followed. We will NOT tolerate pets, smoking, excessive parties, drugs of ANY kind (Marijuana is not only under the "smoking" category but also considered a drug and subject to immediate eviction). This is a high end building with many long term residents and guests. We MUST comply with the integrity of the building and its other guests. Again, this benefits you and your family as well.
