Welcome to Salty Rem's ! This dog friendly 3 bedroom 3 bath (plus hall bunks) home is located in the lovely West Gulf Beach section of our beautiful island and features very easy beach access! Golf Cart Friendly!! New stunning heated pool now available for your enjoyment. We are dog friendly (no pet fee applies).
Entering the common area of the first level the kitchen, living and dining areas share an open concept. The living area features comfortable seating, and a smart TV. The kitchen is well stocked, and has a breakfast bar that seats 4 people. The dining area features seating for 6. You have a stunning view of the gulf beaches from the beautiful new deck off the living area with plenty of seating and a gas grill to cook the days catch. A queen room with a smart t.v. with a full bath (shower) across the hall.
The top floor features a queen room with a full bath across the hall, the washer/dryer is located in the hallway for easy access. The king suite with en-suite bath has a private deck with great views of the gulf beaches. There are built in twin bunks across the hall from the master suite for the little ones.
Salty Rem's has both under house parking and driveway parking available. This home features a hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse the sand away.

**Please note, if you would like the pool to be heated, you must request with your reservation. There is a $50/ day charge to heat the pool and will apply to entirety of your stay.
** No smoking or vaping allowed inside and/or outside our home. Charges will occur if evidence is found.
** Our home is dog friendly. Breed & weight will need to be approved during booking. No pet fee.
**Please purchase your own travel insurance. Due to the location and nature of this beautiful barrier island, in the event of inclement weather or a mandatory evacuation, I cannot offer refunds for your stay.
