The Southern Beach House is a Gulfview home with spectacular views and private pool. This 4 bedroom 4 bath beauty is steps from the beach. Tastefully decorated charming home is waiting for you to enjoy. Home features a King room, Queen room, Twin room, and 2 Bunk room with a trundle. Open concept floor plan. Granite throughout the home with a fully equipped kitchen, even includes a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular coffee maker. Breakfast bar with stools and full dining area. Dinnerware for adults and children. The living room features a 60 inch flat screen TV with Smart Blue Ray DVD, full DVD and game library and toys for the children. Gulf views from most rooms in the home. Bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and smart DVD players. Spend time at the beach or relaxing on the oversized back porch with chairs and table. Other amenities include ironing board with iron, blow dryer, pack-n-play and high chair. Park style BBQ grill with 2 picnic tables a fire pit, and sand box for outdoor fun and entertainment. Plenty of parking under the home and to the right of the home. Large lot surrounded by fantastic Florida beach sand. Make this your vacation get a way and listen to the sound of the ocean from the back deck. You won't be disappointed!

We loved our stay and plan to return next summer! The house is exactly as described, and the beach access is perfect. I have no complaints (and I'm picky), and I highly recommend this house.

Memorial Day weekend mama and kiddos weekend

This was a long Memorial Day weekend with moms and kiddos who had just gotten out of school. The house floor plan was great for each of the families. We each felt like we had our own spaces in our bedrooms but could all hang in the open kitchen/living/dining room space too. The beach was a short walk from the house and the pool was great if we didn’t want to make the beach trek. The house was perfectly situated so only a short drive to the center of the island. Great place to stay!!!

Amazing beach house

We had a perfect "girls trip" this past week. The location of the house was amazing and having a pool was a plus. Our group of 5 adults were comfortable in this home. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation

This is our new favorite beach house. The pool was amazing for our littles. The path to the beach was so easy and convenient. The inside of the home was lovely and so comfortable. The sectional in the tv area was so lived in and perfect to pile on at the end of the day. The beds were super comfy and each bedroom having their own bathroom was perfection. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Labor Day fun

We have stayed here every year for years. Love the house. It is very comfortable and easy to live in. We are growing and I’m afraid next year we will need a larger place. Little ones now need their own bed. It will be hard or finding a place we love as much.

Bachelorette Trip

We LOVE St George Island and have been coming the last 5 years. My daughter wanted a low key but FUN time with her entourage of 12. The house was absolutely perfect!! We had plenty of room for everyone and 4 bathrooms was perfect for all those girls! I will definitely rent this house again for my family vacay!!❤️

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

We started a tradition of treating our children and their families to a vacation. During the holiday season instead of giving a lot of gifts. We had the best week! The house is equipped with everything you will need. We prepared our Thanksgiving dinner and I brought things from home that I didn’t need to use. The communication with the hosts was excellent. The home is perfectly located to the beach and anything a family would want to do! We will definitely be back!!

Birthday getaway

There were 5 adults and five kids snd we had plenty of room for everyone. When walking to the beach from the house you must wear some type of shoes because there are stickers in the ground and they rwally hurt

Perfect for a Girls Trip!

This home was perfect for our Girls Trip needs! Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable for a group of 9 women. The beach was just a short walk, but having the pool onsite was great to have too! Only regret is that I didn't book it in time for next year's girls trip!

Just a perfect place

This was our families first time to St. George. We chose this beach because we were looking for somewhere a little less crowded for our two small babies. This place was perfect. It was tonight across the road from the beach, very unpopulated part of the beach. It had everything we needed for our babies including a pack and play, high chair, and toys! It was very clean and the swing on the back porch was awesome at night. The pool was nice. I was didn’t get a chance to swim much due to poor weather, but it was a great trip regardless!
