Welcome to the Perfect Beach House!

Stunning 3 BED 2 BATH close to the heart of St. George Island. Enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets from the deck or HOT TUB. This freshly remodeled home is new to the rental market. BRAND NEW stainless-steel kitchen appliances and an open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to create those special beach memories. LVP flooring, quartz countertops, tiled shower and bathrooms, and a separate washer and dryer area, Keurig coffee maker, SONOS sound system to name a few of the high-end items this beach home has to offer! Lower level game area, shaded seating group, hot tub and fire pit as well as outside shower to wash away all that beach sand!

Our stay at Sandalwood was SO relaxing and we were sad we didn’t book for a longer stay. Caroline was so helpful and made sure any questions were answered and dealt with immediately. The view is simply stunning and with so little light pollution, the stargazing at night was off the chart. Thanks for such a memorable trip!

Great ammenities outsode house as well as inside. Great location on beach. House very open and had alot of light inside house. It was amazing to just sit and look outside at beach from every angle. Loved this property and enjoyed it with my family and 2 small dogs. The host is very nice and provided everything you could need for vacation includong bach towels and carr for beach. Highly recommended this place.

Comfortable house for my family of six (including two under 8). Caroline was always super responsive! Easy walk to the beach. And the bonus space under the house (hot tub, couches, chairs, foosball, ping pong, Connect 4) was great for when it was too hot or raining.

Stay was wonderful. House was clean and neat and had all the amenities we needed. Close proximity to the beach was great. We could watch the dolphins go thru from the deck.

Breathtaking view

Amazing view of the beach and ocean when you’re in the house. It’s like standing on the beach while inside. Lovely accommodations. Plenty of extras. We loved it!

Fantastic Family Week

We had a wonderful week. The house was just as advertised. Walking in the door and seeing a clean and open family room and kitchen was lovely. But it is the windows and the deck that are really the showstoppers. Our first day was stormy and very wet and we enjoyed being inside and watching the weather approaching. The rest of the week we were on the beach, right outside the house. We used beach chairs and some toys that were provided. We were in the hot tub several times. All enhancing our visit and making it a memorable family holiday.

Clean and Smart

Clean and spacious home with updated smart appliances and bluetooth audio. Beds were very comfortable. At the time of our visit, the beach was cool, but sitting in the hot tub listening to the surf was wonderful.

Great time on St George Island

Description is very accurate. Owner is very responsive and home is well equipped. We will stay again if we can. The downstairs with the hot tub, ping pong, and foosball was a great hangout spot when the full sun was out. The layout is very user friendly. We loved it.

Perfect for family vacation!!

This beach house is absolutely perfect!! It has everything you could possibly need. You are so close to the beach which makes it very handy to go back and forth if needed. The outdoor area under the house is really nice and we loved making smores on the fire pit. Caroline is fantastic to work with and so helpful. I would highly recommend this home and hope we can stay here again.

Beautiful view

Amazing view of the water and so close. Well stocked house and kitchen, had most everything we needed. Fun games and area under the house. Could have used a few more bath linens for our group we had to wash a lot of towels and bath cloths. Didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness because we found some stashes of dog kibble a couple places that were missed with the vacuum. Great communication with the property manager.

Wonderful Spot

We were hoping to take our family and golden retriever to a place where we could get away from it all. This was that place. We had a wonderful view of the beach, could get to anywhere we wanted quickly, but still felt largely alone out on the beach. The weather didn't cooperate, but we still really enjoyed our time.

Relaxing!!

We had an amazing relaxing week!! The view is priceless! The house has everything you need, from towels, chairs, wagon for carrying your beach essentials to well equipped kitchen. Caroline, the owner kept in touch through the check in process and was available if needed. Great communication! Will definitely be back!

Perfect

What a wonderful week it was! The house was everything it said it was, and more. Check in was simple, house was clean and inviting, and accommodated any need we could possible want. My kids loved the downstairs playroom and hot tub. Having the beach chairs provided was a nice perk!! Quick and easy access to the beach. We were there for the 4th of July and right on the path of the water parade. So fun and just an added bonus! Our property mananger, Jenny, was so personable and made sure we had everything we needed. So nice to be treated to such great customer service. It was a perfect week!

Relaxing family vacation

My family and I had the greatest week!!! The home was just as described and was perfect for us. Communication between the owners family and myself was so easy the entire time. My husband and I love to cook and are in the kitchen a lot. I asked if a crock pot was provided in the kitchen, so if not, I could bring mine from home. They ordered one and had it delivered to the house prior to our arrival!!! I did not expect that at all, but thought it was super thoughtful. The view was amazing! We loved the huge deck for sunbathing and enjoying a meal. The beach was just a few steps away and we thoroughly enjoyed the recreational space under the house. My teenage kids loved playing ping pong and chilling on the couch. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. Oh, and almost forgot, wifi and internet went out while we were there and was resolved and back on within just a few hours.
