The Space:
Our cozy two-bedroom retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Nestled in the picturesque community of Palmas del Mar, just outside San Juan, this condo offers a serene escape surrounded by upscale beachside living and miles of stunning coastline.
Conveniently located, the property is just a short walk from local restaurants, beach bars, pharmacies, and mini-marts. For additional shopping needs, major supermarkets, outlet malls, and fast food options are only a 5-10 minute drive away.
We’ve got you covered with essential toiletries, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Each reservation includes two rolls of paper towels and two toilet paper rolls per bathroom. If you need more supplies, nearby pharmacies and supermarkets are easily accessible.
The beach is less than a five-minute walk from the condo, making it ideal for those who love the ocean. While the complex does not have a pool, the proximity to the beach ensures endless opportunities for sun and sand.
The unit itself features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living space. Step outside to enjoy the fresh air on the lovely balcony or relax on the spacious patio with your family or friends.
This retreat is designed to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for your stay.
Guest Access:
The condo management has implemented a strict policy limiting occupancy to a maximum of six (6) people per condo, which includes babies.
If your group already consists of six (6) individuals, you will not be permitted to invite additional friends or family to the resort. However, if your group has fewer than six (6) people—for example, four (4)—you are allowed to invite up to two (2) additional guests.
Please note that this policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. If your group exceeds the six (6)-person maximum or if your plans involve hosting local friends or family, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking. Non-compliance with these rules may result in the condo administration requiring you to vacate the property, and in such cases, no refunds will be issued.
**Important Notice Regarding Electricity and Water**
In September 2017, Puerto Rico was severely impacted by Hurricane Maria, which caused significant damage to the island’s power grid. As a result, power and water outages remain common and can last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. These outages are unpredictable and beyond our control. They may occur as frequently as once a week or as infrequently as once a month.
On a positive note, we take pride in the high level of security offered by this condo complex. It is a gated community, and all residents and visitors must check in at the guardhouse for identification before entry is permitted. This makes the complex one of the most family-friendly and secure accommodations in the area.
Other Things to Note:
Security Deposit Policy: To ensure the property remains in top condition, a $200 refundable deposit is required. By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following:
* Payment: A team member will contact you to arrange payment 5 days prior to your arrival. This is mandatory for check-in; instructions will not be released until it is settled.
* Refund Process: Our team requires time to conduct a thorough inspection and finalize maintenance reports after your check out, which is why we disclose a 7 to 14 business day window for refunds.
* Finalization: We will contact you once the refund is processed. The full amount will be returned provided there are no damages or rule violations. In the event of any incidentals, you will receive a detailed summary of deductions. Thank you for your cooperation.
We consider an item damaged if it falls into any of the following categories:
Furniture & Fixtures: Any broken, missing, or structural damage to furniture wit hin the apartment.
Linens & Textiles: Any permanent stains, tears, or damage to towels, bedding, or other household linens.
Our support team is available until 11:00 PM. While you can still check in after this time, please be aware that we will have limited staff available to assist you until the following morning.
