A True Gem!
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was spotless on arrival and located on a quiet street, yet just a short, easy walk to Bread Bike (amazing bakery!), High Street Deli, and downtown shops, restaurants, the Mission, and Farmers’ Market.The house is bright, airy, and very comfortable—truly a home away from home. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of cabinet space for our groceries. The backyard was a private sanctuary with lush landscaping, a great grill, and a cozy firepit seating area—perfect for relaxing evenings.We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the supply of dog towels. The hosts Cindy and Harley were both very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this home—we’d love to return!

Our (luxe) home away from home
What an amazing find in SLO. My husband and I visit the town often to see our grandchildren and have stayed in many, many rentals and hotels over the years, most of them a bit too homey and worn, but that's usually what is available. Now we've discovered Cindy's house on Archer, we are only staying here! It's the perfect blend of SLO vintage style with sparkling new renovations, and comfortable, tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is well stocked for any type of cook. And the backyard! It's like something out of Sunset magazine, beyond expectations. We didn't have a chance to use the outdoor kitchen, but hope to on our next trip, when we can have our family over. The location is pretty good -- just a few minutes walk to the best bakery, coffee, and restaurant in town, and a few minutes more to the center or the trailheads. The upstairs en suite has sloped ceilings, so tall people might prefer the downstairs bedrooms. But we slept fantastic in that comfy bed! Can't wait to book our next trip to SLO.

The owner's a done an amazing job with the details. The home was fully remodeled with all the cozy features and comforts inside and out! You will absolutely love the backyard. The outdoor kitchen under the gazebo allows you to have a full dining experience under the night sky. I love what they have done, and I hope you do too!
