Conveniently located near Interstate 20 and only 4.8 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium lies this fully updated 3-bedroom craftsman with all the charm!! This home sleeps up to 8 guests and features a spacious covered back patio, a modern kitchen, and a loft. Its convenient location offers easy access to all things Tuscaloosa with merely a 12-minute drive to downtown Tuscaloosa, a 14-minute drive to Bryant Denny Stadium, and a 25-minute drive to Lake Tuscaloosa. Your stay should include the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, gas grill, pet-friendly fenced-in yard (2 pet max), TVs in every room, sound machines, a small pool table, and more!
BEDROOMS LAYOUT : The first main floor bedroom features a queen bed, and the second main floor bedroom features a king bed; both are attached to an updated, modern bathroom with a tub shower. The third bedroom is upstairs and has two twin XL mattresses. Every room is complete with TVs and sound machines. There is also a full-sized sleeper sofa in the living area.

• Noise Monitors: For added peace and quiet, our home is equipped with noise monitors to minimize noise disruptions. These monitors are not capable of recording sounds or conversations, they simple monitor the decibel level of the noise.
Additional Guest Fee:
• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 6 people.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi.
