The Space:
Step into the inviting Bay Street condo building and effortlessly find your unit along the main hallway, utilizing your unique door code for seamless entry. Inside, discover fresh updates accentuated by charming exposed brick, elevated ceilings, and a bespoke kitchen.
The living room seamlessly blends with the kitchen, creating an open-concept haven ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, from pots and pans to small appliances, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
Relax in the living room on the comfortable sofa and reading chairs, while enjoying entertainment on the smart TV. Step through the single glass door onto your private balcony, offering captivating views of the Savannah riverfront. Stylish décor enhances the space, while original windows flood the area with natural light.
Venture down the entry hallway to discover the two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a new queen mattress with fresh linens, along with its own private bathroom boasting a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

Guest Access:
The entire condo is for your use. Please be courteous to your neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM and 7AM, especially if you're enjoying the balcony :)
This unit has an awesome balcony overlooking River Street, so there is always the potential for noise given the restaurant/bar scene nearby. There is a bar next door that is new and may be louder late at night(particularly Thursday-Saturday night).

Are you driving into town? The condo provides one free parking space in the designated parking area, and additional parking can be found on the side streets. Be mindful of signs as parking does rotate for street cleaning.
Getting around is easy with walkable streets, bike rentals, and Uber/Lyft service. Jump on Savannah’s public transit system with the Lincoln and Congress stop just a 3-minute walk from the home. This free DOT trolley circulates downtown and provides ample stops at all the major attractions.
