The Space:
This home features two large living areas both with large smart tvs.

This home also has two dining spaces. A large formal dining room to hold up to 10 guests and a smaller dining area off the kitchen that holds up to 6.

There is also a separate room designed for either a quiet work space or reading/relaxing.

There are 4 large bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom includes a king bed with a his/hers ensuite bathroom and large closets. The second bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom. The third bedroom has a king bed and shares a full bathroom with the other bedroom that has 2 bunk beds.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two bunk beds. These room share a full bathroom also located on the second floor.

Guest Access:
The entire home and yard is available for your enjoyment. We use a coded access, the panel is on the side door at the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Lovely mature residential area in the historic Country Club of Columbus area. Great for outdoor activities like walking and biking.

Getting Around:
Mary Ann is a 10 minute drive to the downtown area where you will find great dining, shopping and entertainment. If you are in town for military activities, Fort Benning is only a 17 minute drive. Close by you will find normal convenience's such as grocery stores, coffee shops and shopping.
