The Space:

Our Pool is OPEN and ready to be enjoyed!



Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group.

The bedrooms in this home are large! The first has three double beds. The second has two double beds. The third has two double beds. The last bedroom has a queen bed.

Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally.



Guest Access:

The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in Briarwood which is in the midtown area. We are just a short drive from downtown! Right across the street from Chick-fil-A.



1 mile to Publix, Starbucks (Hello Coffee!), Roses, Longhorn, Zaxbys, Chipotle, Jimmy Johns, Smoothie King, Columbus Aquatic Center, Columbus Public Library (awesome for kids!), and more!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.



If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.



We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
