Midtown Condo with patio

Condo located in Omaha's Midtown Crossing and Blackstone areas, short walk to a theater, gym, salon, grocery store & a plethora of eateries, shops and night life. Near Mutual of Omaha headquarters, Univ of NE Med Center, Creighton University and just a couple minutes ride to Old Market, Capital District, Dundee, Benson, Little Bohemia and the country's #1 zoo: Henry Dooley Zoo. As our guest, you'll have not only access to the condo, but free parking as well. You will receive your key access and parking permit upon arrival. You will receive your own code to the apartment door. Guests are to use the south side of the building for checking in. (Farnam Street) The parking garage is no longer accessible to guests or tenants and should not be used at any time. Guests are directed to park in a designated parking area specifically for guests and tenants. This parking area is located on the east side of the building. There are three options, street parking (along the side of the street), parking facing the east, parking facing the west (towards building) on the elevated level. You are also welcome to the handicap places, two which are out front of the building and more aligned against the east side. When dropping off, picking up, checking in or out you are welcome to use the 10 min. parking outside the front doors. Common area in lobby - which also has a secure entrance - and secure entrance at every level In regards to front door. Laundry rooms are located on each floor, please feel free to utilize the washer and dryers at anytime. You will need to download an app called PayRange to purchase washing and drying time. Please shut lights off when you’re finished. Garbage: there is a dumpster outside the south entrance on the east side of the building right on the corner by the bus stop. Please do not leave garbage anywhere throughout the building or outside. We are available whenever you need us, text or call. Just minutes from downtown and the airport, Uber is a great way to get around if you don't have a vehicle. Midtown is Omaha’s cultural hub. From art and music to dining and historic neighborhoods, Midtown is where locals come to be entertained. There are five key areas that make up Midtown; from north to south they are: Benson, Dundee, Midtown Crossing, Blackstone and Aksarben. Walking, Uber, Public transportation includes Orbit bus line, lots of parking available. Apologies for the inconvenience. AC/Heating: Our building runs on a boiler system.
