This ranch-style home features ample space for a large family or group of friends with two comfortable living rooms, a spacious screened-in porch set up for al fresco dining, a fully fenced yard, and of course the in-ground pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials, so make yourself at home. Smart TVs in the primary bedroom and both living room make for a cozy night in with takeout from one of Charleston's many famous local restaurants.

After a long day of fun your group will find comfortable sleeping arrangements:

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. There is no lifeguard on duty and children should be supervised at all times.

The pool is cleaned regularly & is net-cleaned between every guest, but there are lots of trees around and there will be tree-debris in the pool. Two long-handled pool nets are provided.

Please only park in the driveway or in front of the home on the street. Do not park in any other spots in the street. Guests will be fined for parking on street

This home is conveniently located next to I-26, so you will hear some noise from the interstate only when outside.

Pet friendly with $60.00 pet fee! Please, no pets on furniture or in pool and clean up after them in the yard.
