The Cozy Hidden Gem

I’m going to be professional as I can writing this review. The guest Ms. Kathryn left a disingenuous review. She was upset about the pool. This was her biggest concern. You will know this by her mentioning it twice in the review. The review was written in bad faith. Kathryn messaged me about the pool. I told her I will try to get someone out that day, although it was the weekend. Most pool companies are closed. I asked her if she could let me know if the pool pump was running to see if I knew what the problem was. She said, “no, I cannot”. She didn’t want to walk by the pool to let me know if the water was circulating, moving around in the pool. She lied here in the review about me asking her to fix the pool. I would never ask any guest(s) that. I am on multiple platforms, doing this for over 3 years, and I have a pool company that services my pool. Within minutes she began making false claims like she did here because she was highly upset about the pool. We had three weeks of heavy rain, and it messed up the water chemistry. She mentioned to VRBo all her claims, they did a week long investigation. She showed pictures also, nothing was conclusive to what she claimed. We don’t spray Febreeze or any products on the furniture to leave it damp, or leave the broken furniture in the listing. Her claim about the carpets, is her lack of knowledge. I had wondered about why the edge of the carpets showed like this when Stanley Steemer carpet cleaning company came out to clean two years ago. The technician said it’s normal to see. Said that once the air conditioning duct is cleaned, it may remove that from the border of the carpets. Which it isn’t noticeable unless you’re looking for something to complain about. She also made a threat to me about suing me after her reservation was over and she had already left the place. At that point I didn’t want to respond to her. Ms. Katheryn is just a nasty individual that I wasn’t able to satisfy.
