Ocean Block, Renovated beautifully, Five bedroom. Central Dewey

Blue Surf is a beautiful, luxury three story town home, ocean block, located in the center of Dewey Beach. Renovation of the 2nd floor was completed in 2018 with new flooring, counter tops, cabinets, bathroom and all new appliances. New decks were constructed in 2020.

Location is central and there is at most a ten minute walk to any of the Dewey Beach restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.

This is an end unit in the Blue Surf town home community located on Rodney Ave. There is a short walk to the beautiful, guarded, Dewey Beach.

The unit is a total of approximately of 2000 square ft. affording a generous space for your family. Multiple balconies with views of Atlantic Ocean. The balconies were reconstructed new in 2020. There are three bed rooms on the third floor with one master suite and full bath. Two other bedrooms, each with two single twin beds, share a full hall bath. Two large bed rooms on the first floor. There is a full hall bath on the first floor. Three of the bed rooms have LCD TVs. The living area and kitchen are on the second floor. There is a half bath off the kitchen. The Living room has comfortable overstuffed seating, a 50 inch High Definition LCD, an XBOX One game console, a Blue-ray player, Netflix, HBO and Xfinity HD cable, Xfinity WI-FI.

There are two parking spaces per unit; and two on street seasonal parking pass are available. One outside shower for clean-up and removing sand.

You must be at least age 30 to rent this property. This is set up for a family, or a multiple family rental in a quiet town house complex. There may be exceptions to the age 30 restriction. Please contact me.

This is technically not required, but I recommend you contact me before booking. thank you

* Please note... In June, July and August, I do NOT rent for partial weeks. There is a seven night minimum term required during the summer. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

The house was clean and updated, and the beds were very comfortable! We loved walking to nearby shops for meals or ice cream. The beach was just the right size, and only steps away.

Location Can't be beat

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderfull restuarants just footsteps away. The beach is just a hop, skip & a jump from the condo. Property owner communicated well with us.

Perfect September rental

A group of 8 rented this townhouse for a long weekend for the Dewey beach triathlon 1) jack the host was the absolute best 2) the house was perfect location (beach block) (right by many restaurants but not loud) 3) the community was pristine clean 4) plenty of everything in the house 2 other people in my group will rent separately- that is how impressed they were 5 stars. Exceptional from beginning to end.

This was our first experience with a summer rental that was not through a realtor. It was super smooth from beginning to end. Did not have to deal with key pickup and drop off. House was pristine and updated. Jack our host was friendly, informative and accommodating. We canā€™t say enough.

Great property!

the rental process was so easy. Jack was so responsive. He provided detailed information and was always willing to answer any questions. The house is in a great location for walking to all the downtown restaurants and bars and it sits right off the beach. I would definitely rent from Jack again.

Dewey Beach Townhouse

The townhouse was everything you could want for a beach vacation in Dewey. The place was clean, well kept and had all the ammenities needed. Location is central to all the Dewey businesses and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Large, comfortable common areas to gather, eat or just hang out. Three decks for relaxing and people watching, including a nice private one off of the master bedroom. Ample off-street parking plus 2 on-street parking permits. Jack contacted us every step of the way and provided all the information we needed. Check-in policy is flexible and seamless. We will book this place again next year.

Great property in Dewey Beach

My family enjoyed our Memorial Day weekend at Dewey Beach, staying at this beautifully updated and very well-appointed property. We had more than enough space to accommodate our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents, and all of the amenities were top notch. Can't wait to stay here again! The host was very pleasant and awesome in his communication. The home was clean and beds were comfortable. Our family of ten had more than enough room in the home. The beach is very close and views of the beach can be enjoyed from the deck off of the master suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property was well kept and in a great location as described. Property owner very responsive when needed. Having parking passes was a big help. Loved the updated decks. Probably the nicest place that we have stayed at in Dewey beach. Covid was not an issue at all. Looking forward to coming back.

Great place to enjoy beach life!

My family and I loved this property!! The location to the beach (and even the bay) was amazing! You could see the ocean from the balconies- which we all loved when we had downtime. The house itself was beautiful, tasteful, clean, relaxing on the outside, and out. The main floor was spacious with the kitchen, living area, and dining (washer/dryer-looked new)- this place had everything. The kitchen was very well equipped- we like to do a mix of cooking ourselves and eating out/ take out. Our 3 kids (10,12,14) loved having their own space since there were plenty of rooms and beds. We all loved having 3.5 baths, plus the outdoor shower! The outside shed had great boogie boards and chairs; loved the outdoor shower. The back deck and balconies were recently renovated and they are all beautiful. Parking was great, easy to load, and unload. Location to restaurants was great too- we could walk to many of downtown Dewey for restaurants, ice cream, a few shops. Jolley Trolley stops nearby to get into Rehoboth though we drove the few miles (this was during COVID we figured car was less risk). The beach super quick walk- always plenty of space- spent days and evenings there. Can't say enough about 14 E Blue Surf loved our stay, can't wait to return!!! Also the owner was so quick to respond if we had any questions- thank you Jack.

Lovely home, perfect for a multi-family vacation

Common areas are excellent - especially the open kitchen/dining/living room, and the multiple decks. Very close to the beach, ample parking, and extremely communicative host. The 8 single beds layout is a little odd as it does split up couples, but the beds were comfy, so even the married couples in our group had no complaints about it. My group is already discussing booking this place for next year :)

Best location in Dewey

We love this unit and have stayed the last two summers running with multi-generational family. Literally steps from beach so each for bathroom breaks, lunch, etc. Breezy balconies for those who don't want to hit the beach. We have cooked colossal dinners in the well-stocked kitchen and many good grocery store choices less than 10 minutes away. Tip--rent chairs from the beach concession for the week so you don't have to carry them back and forth.

Fantastic Beach Rental

My girlfriends and I stayed at this house over labor day and it was perfect for our group. The middle floor offered a spacious layout to gather, while bedrooms provided privacy on the 1st and 3rd floors. The location is convenient; close to beaches, restaurants and bars. The owner was responsive through the whole process. I highly recommend this property!
