With three levels of living space and a private rooftop deck, this home is spacious and comfortable. Each level has its own deck and in wall speakers for the stereo system. The house sleeps 10/12 with kids.

The first floor includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and private bathroom, with shower. The barbecue grill is located out back. The property has three parking spots, lockable storage room and outdoor private shower.

The second floor includes a beautiful family room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and entertainment center with a TV, DVD, and stereo. The kitchen opens into the living room and dining room and has all the modern conveniences of a full-service kitchen. Located in the front of this level is the second bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Two large bedrooms are located on the third level, each with a bathroom. The master bedroom on the east side of the house has a fantastic bathroom with a shower for two. It even has dual shower heads and a bench! The washing machine and dryer are located in the hallway.

Once you reach the rooftop deck on the 4th level of the home, you can hear the ocean and sounds of Dewey Beach. This is a fabulous place to relax, sunbathe, read, or dine. There is a refrigerator, sink, and bar just inside the door.

** Please note... In June, July and August, we do NOT rent for partial weeks. There is a seven night minimum term required during the summer. All rentals are Saturday to Saturday. The house DOES NOT come with sheets, towels, or other linens. You can bring them with you or rent them from Coastal Beach Services, a local company that delivers and picks up a variety of essentials for your beach stay.
