Beautiful Cabin sleep 8-10 guests, 4 bedroo, 2 bath, 2 story, walk to Leland snowplay and lake. Full kitchen, TV/wifi, bbq, deck, wash/dryer, you can walk around the lake, fish, swim, bike ride, visit Beardsley res. Horse back ride. Have great fun, family vacation and tradition.
CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and gloves! We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins sheets, blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. We follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

*INTERNET: Internet/in the area is line of site, can be spotty, not for many devices or streaming. Good for calls, emails, texting.
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking, No patries.
We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers.
Cabin has exterior safety camera.
*Be aware in the mountains, winter storms can interupt power, cell and internet coverage. Be prepared to shovel when it's snowing. Check weather for road and conditions before traveling. We had a cozy stay with extended family. Heating worked well and we had eveyhting we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of sleeping room for 6 adults and 4 kids. We had an extra room that we didn’t use. Snow park was within walking distance. Don’t recommend the snow park but nice to have the option so close. We didn’t need to go to a store so not sure how close/ far that is from the house.

Just a perfect place for some blessed Grandmothers to enjoy . Easy in and out. Lotza windows with beautiful views. Well appointed kitchen. Lovely bedrooms.Highly recommended! Making plans for next year!!

Comfortable Stay at Leland Meadow.

The 4 bedrooms and the extra beds in two of them were very helpful for our group. We were told that there were tennis courts available, but we saw that there were no nets and substantial grass growing on the courts. There was no one at the clubhouse so we couldn’t get in to use the ping pong or pool table. We didn’t know how to access it. We were told the unit had a Mr Coffee pot and instead had a Keurig machine with no pods. Also very skimpy on toilet paper and paper towels. We had to purchase more.

Very cozy and clean house

Everything is exactly as described. We brought 4 kids to play in snowplay. It's 8 mins of walk. Very convenient.

Get away from it all.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin is very nice and comfortable. Having the small reservoir right there was nice. So quiet up in Leland Meadows and close enough to go to Pinecrest to enjoy the goings on there. The cabin is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. We have Verizon and were able to talk and text. No interernet, which was fine with us. TV is for movie watching only and they had some movies to watch and lots of games. We rented a couple of movies at the Pinecrest store. I would definitely stay here again.!

Beautiful, comfortable house close to swimming and fishing which our big family loves!

Perfect house for our 3 generational family! We loved eating together on the spacious deck with the chairs and tables provided. Everything we needed we found in the well stocked kitchen. We thought we would go to Pinecrest everyday to swim but we enjoyed staying several days right at the reservoir a 3 minute walk away. The house is beautiful with spacious becrooms. The grandkids loved the bigger bedroom with 4 big beds. We definitely want to book this house again next summer. Thanks Darlene.

We had a great Xmas here! Really enjoyed our stay

Cabin is as advertised. Our extended family spent Xmas here this year. Warm with the wood burning stove and overall a great experience! Leland snow park is a nice walk or 5 minute drive. No problems whatsoever and would definitely return in the future.

Great place for children. They explored, played at the pond, and loved the paddle boats.

The house is clean and well maintained. Hopefully the barbecue gets repaired or replaced. It was very quiet and relaxing! Great location for children to play and explore. We're hoping to return to this cabin next year.

Family vacation trip

This was the second time we have stayed here. The house seems to be a newer house and is isolated, with only a few other houses close by. There's a lot of room for children to run around. Across the road, there's a large pond with a basketball court here you can take the children to. The house is equipped with everything you need for a BBQ. Lots of fun!

Awesome

Darlene was very helpful finding us a cabin that would accommodate our family. We had 11 people but could have easily fit 3 or 4 more with us. This cabin was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The deck was great for bbqing. Leland lake (pond) was beautiful and private. It was just across the street from this cabin and has paddle boats. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Comfortable home for a large family; clean, well stocked, convenient location

We enjoyed the house, especially the proximity to the Leland Snow Play area and Dodge Ridge. The bedrooms, kitchen and dining areas worked well for our family - grandparents and 3 children with their kids. Our grandchildren enjoyed the foosball table, toys and games.

Wonderful!

Shared the cabin with 3 families, kids - ages 2-6. The cabin was clean and spacious and was perfect for a weekend of skiing! Dodge Ridge is about 20 minutes away, we also had fun at the near by snow park. We plan to stay there again in the future, would highly recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay

This is a great summer retreat. Except we went in the winter! Snow and rain made for wet jackets and boots. There is no mud room or even a place to hang a jacket! The site for info says sleeps 14 people. Make sure half of those people are children. No way you could do 14 adults! We had 9 adults and we were tight. The electricity went out on our second night. No problem for eating, there is a bbq and we were given the idea of putting snow in the veggie drawers of the refrigerator to keep food cold. Worked great! Only problem is there were NO CANDLES in the cabin!! So we had to make a run to a store. Except everything closes at 5pm! Made it interesting. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed or changed and there really does need to be heat upstairs!!! I don't care what Darlene says!! She hasn't stayed there. There was plenty of wood, which we burned continuously and just enough briquets for our 2 bbq meals. We really enjoyed our stay. Great family time.

Decent property and good value for the price..

Overall, we had a good time at the property - the location was great and plenty of space for upto 3 families. The property was also as indicated on the ad. Few things that could have been better. - The upstairs did not have heat and this is an issue in the winter. We were quite cold upstairs - No Wifi (this could be good or bad) - No landline and this meant we were basically completely cut off. We had kids, so were a little nervous about it - Would have been nice to have some fun things in the house for tubing etc. We have been to other homes in the area that had that.

Perfect house for a vacation

This house was perfect for the family/friend vacation. Every family that joined had a room and a bed to sleep on. Arriving at the house we were unsure of where to park, but we figured it out. This house was perfect because we had the snow right outside the front door. We also loved the fact that Leland snow play park was in walking distance. We spent an afternoon at the snow park and then came back to the house to eat and play in the snow some more. The kids were able to go outside and play. We loved the fact that the house is on a court. So the kids were safe and we didn't have to worry about the major street and cars. When we first arrived the house was cold, but once we got the fire started it actually got hot in the house on the main floor. The two upstairs bedrooms were cold, but if you bundled up, you'll be fine. Everyone that came throughly enjoyed the house. It was nice to get away from the phones, since we did not have cell service. It was great being of the grid for a weekend. We were talking about booking this house again for next year. Thank you for the memories!

Perfect Location

We vacationed with another family in this cabin over MLK Jr weekend. Let me start by saying the cabin was extremely clean and very updated compared to most cabins in the area. It isn't located on the main road - but close- so you have a short walk to Leland Snow Park or you can sled right on the hill the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the living room area was extremely comfortable. Cleanliness, location and comfortable beds were great! We arrived on a Friday night and we couldn't start the fire- we forgot a Duraflame. The cabin was very cold so we turned on the heater. Our family was staying upstairs and we noticed there are NO HEAT RUNS to the second floor! The other family arrived about 10:30 that night and we made a fire in the morning. We did run out of wood (Sunday evening) before we left, Monday morning. The wood stove does not completely heat the second floor. There was a big difference in temperature between the first and second floors. When they say to provide your own paper products, they mean everything! Garbage bags, paper towels, napkins, hand soap in the bathrooms & kitchen, toilet paper and even your own dishwashing machine soap! I have rented many houses in this area and in Sunriver, Seattle, Pismo Beach, San Diego.. and I've never been asked to bring any of those things before. Would I rent there again, YES! It is a clean and comfortable place that is nicely updated. (We were aware of what we needed to bring, it was inconvenient when you've got a packed car of snow gear. & perhaps pack an electric blanket if you are staying upstairs.)

Never rented a cabin before so this was mine and my families first time and I gotta say this was amazing ! So clean and so perfect we might be looking into this cabin next time we visit pinecrest !

5 stars!!!

This is our first time renting a cabin up here. We had a family of 8 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room. It was a short walk to the Leland reservoir where there was swimming and paddle boats for your use. We loved the wrap around deck making tons of room outside to gather. We stayed 3 nights and wished we stayed longer. Very quiet and peaceful. Tons of gold up chairs were also provided that we could easily take to the lake and bring back to hang out on the deck with. The only thing we didn't realize was that there was no AC so just make sure you bring fans if you come in the summer. Also the phone number that was provided to call if you had questions or concerns we couldn't call because the cabin doesn't provide long distance calling for a 209 area code and there is no cell service to use your own. 5 stars we loved it!!!

Hidden Gem

This rental and the area is NOT FOR ROWDY PARTIERS , but more for a family gathering. This property is exceptional, and Darlene was extremely helpful as well as easy to get a hold of at a moments notice. Everyone (14-adults and kids combined) in the cabin had there own space, as well as it was a very quite neighborhood. The rental is very clean and upgraded. The beds were comfortable. There are extra tables in the closet to help make a large eating area. There were also zero gravity lounge chairs for the deck:) Nearby is a lovely reservoir that has paddle boats and a small beach. In the winter the area is a snow play park. The gorgeous drive to Pinecrest Lake is about 10 minutes. It was so nice to come "home" from the noise of the lake, to the quiet neighborhood. There is an area on the property for kids to play, (adults need to supervise) as well as a large deck. Parking was great! Our family gathering was enhanced by staying at this cabin! We looked forward to coming back next year! L.Jacobs

pinecrest area rental #10

it was a lovely time at cabin ---the cabin was perfect for our four families--very clean with adequate cooking supplies, bbq and had a lovely deck for multi purposes--enough seating and great layout of downstairs--the cul de sac was perfect for our small children to ride bikes and play outdoor games--neighborhood very quiet which was a great plus for us--short walk to lake and nice having access to the paddle boats and clubhouse--- thank you so much and we will love to come back some time
