The house also features a huge game room with a full size pool table, ping pong table, Pop-a-Shot basketball game, dart board and 9 foot shuffleboard table. Watch the big game or a movie in front of the wood burning stove on the sectional couch. The house is fun for everyone with over 2800 square feet of living space.

The circular driveway has room for four cars. The house is located on Route 103 in East Wallingford, a prime location for Vermont adventurers. Okemo mountain is 12 minutes away. Killington is just a 35 minute drive and a trailhead to the Appalachian Trail is literally 4 minutes down the road. Hike the awesome Clarendon Gorge in just minutes. East Wallingford is 10 minutes from the cute towns of Wallingford and Ludlow and just 15 minutes from downtown Rutland. The Rutland airport is 8 minutes away.

This house is dog friendly. We have a large size dog crate available for use. The internet is solid and two smart TVs can be used for watching your favorite streaming services. Possibilities abound as you enjoy hanging out at the property or adventuring around the beautiful state of Vermont.
