Our latest offering, opening in May 2024, invites you to experience a unique lodge nestled along the Ohio River. Nearby attractions include Gallipolis City Park and Historic Downtown Gallipolis, Ohio, with convenient access to The University of Rio Grande, Holzer Hospital, The Mothman Festival, Bob Evans Farms, and more. The rental comes fully equipped with towels, linens, and a well-stocked kitchen, ensuring your comfort. Additional features include a basement game room, three fireplaces, outdoor grill, hot tub, seating, and fire pit. Enjoy a hassle-free check-in with our convenient lockbox system, and revel in the privacy of this standalone house. Overflow parking is available across the street at the church (advance notice required). While we provide initial supplies of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels, guests are responsible for replenishing these items for longer stays or larger groups. The lodge accommodates up to 12 guests, with the option to bring air mattresses for additional sleeping space (maximum occupancy 16). Please accurately report the number of guests to avoid extra charges (max guest count charged if your count isn't correct). While we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, unforeseen circumstances such as utility outages, hot tub issues, or other technical issues may arise during your stay. Any interruption in these services will not constitute a reduction in rental price, however rest assured, we're committed to promptly addressing any concerns to ensure your satisfaction.

Other things to note
The access to the river is very steep with no steps or railing. Be very careful as slips trips could happen. Avoid accessing the river in flood conditions etc.. as it could be very dangerous.
