Great location, two minute walk to very quiet no-drive beach. Hear the ocean, feel the breeze!
Amenities provide for activities for all ages: games, puzzles, piano, coloring, great wi-fi!
Very well equipped kitchen! We love the outdoor shower, to clean up before coming inside.
Family friendly. Middle bedroom has twin bed, but also trundle underneath to accommodate an extra person; crib and high chair also provided.
Beach cruiser bikes, wagon, beach toys, umbrella, beach towels, coolers, misc. amenities.
Minutes from grocery store, restaurants, and family run hardware store, but quiet and residential. Extra flip-flops and gas grill are provided as well!
Comfortable front porch seats four.
Nice outdoor Florida room with table and chairs, pull-out couch-style futon, plenty of windows, and also an A/C unit if you prefer to control the climate!
Coffee bar comes with provided supplies.
Good amount of spices and condiments, cooking utensils, pots and pans, various types of coffee pots to suit various tastes.
Front area blossoms with beach daisies and lilies.
Washer and dryer, laundry soap, etc., provided, and extra refrigerator space available in the garage.
Property is a short walk to the beach. We are the ninth house from the beach.
It's about a 6 minute walk to the intercoastal waterway.
It's a pleasant bike ride to Dunkin Donuts, and a little further, but very doable, to Starbucks. Plenty of Mom and Pop eateries nearby, as well as ice cream shops, and grocery, convenience, and drug stores.

Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes north; St. Augustine is less than an hour away (48 miles).
Twenty minute drive to Tanger Outlets and plenty of great restaurants, as well as Buc-ee's!
Close to the all the Daytona attractions, but without the busy-ness.
Very quiet and friendly residential neighborhood. The area is full of Florida charm, not heavily commercialized, yet convenient to many local attractions and natural wonders.
Flora and fauna abound, and additionally, sea turtle nests are found (Volusia County signage at beach entry ramps provides instructions about protecting these incredible animals). Ormond by the Sea is a gem among Florida beaches. Peaceful and inviting.
Watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, and watch the sunset over the intercoastal. Fish in both! Or neither! Plenty to do!
Or stay in the house, relax, bond with family, watch movies, play games, cook, grill out. Sit outside and listen to the wind, the ocean, or the rain. Play the piano, and just rejuvenate.
